Just like the Daiya cheeze product. I like that I can buy it in bulk and divide it up in smaller packs as I need. Definitely not inexpensive but better pricing than grocery store.

I cannot believe how good this tastes.

I am intolerant to dairy and bought this hoping it would work for my cheese cravings. Nope.Anyone telling you this tastes just like cheese is lying. There is a definite 'other' taste that is not cheese. It does not melt well either. You will need to turn the heat up higher and risk burning your food to melt it.I've tried twice to make a grilled cheese and you have to spread it very thin for it to melt before burning the bread. If you like your egg yolks 'runny' then you better get that cheese on real quick for it to melt. About the only thing that has worked well is hamburgers because they get hotter during cooking and the flavor disappears once you add toppings and condiments.Not recommended. I froze most of it since it will take forever to eat 2.5 pounds of the stuff. Will never buy another, especially if they don't sell in smaller packages.

This is so tasty and what a great value. I couldn't be happier. Product came timely in an insulated box and a cold pack that was still frozen. It melts well with a nice gooey consistency. Sprinkled on salads or in a cheese toasty or casserole, it's perfect!We've tried the mozzarella as well as the cheddar Never Better varieties and we love them both. Both are melty but the mozz is more so. I hate the plastic-like look and texture of some vegan cheese but Never Better nailed the look, flavor and texture whether its cold or heated. You Can't Go Wrong!

Okay yes this is not "real" cheese, but it is a very good substitute if you need or want to eliminate dairy based cheese from your diet. The taste is more of a mild cheddar and uncooked the cheese is a little crumbly, but as an ingredient or topping for a cooked dish this is a great substitute for real cheese.
