Great customer service!
I recently purchased this device as a wifi bridge and found that it was not quite working as expected. It would drop connections after some time, so I reached out to support. It was a bit surprising how personalized the customer service was, but they were very helpful. Responsive to text messaging and were accommodating in replacing the device for no extra charge.

Always needs reset.
Works great… for 2 days. Then it needs powered off and reconnected to the wireless internet. Not convenient at all.

Cool Item
Here is a weird review. It turned out I did not need this but having played with it I decided to keep it. It works great and I will probably need it in the future. This is a nice WiFi extender that is easy to set up. I had it setup in under 2 minutes. I would buy another of these if I need a WiFi extender. This has 5G and 2.4 Wifi. I help people with computer problems and I'm sure this will get used before long.

Short life span
I lost connection to the router once after a few weeks but got it back about unplugging and plugging it back in. Then, at the 3 month mark it lost connection again. Would not reconnect again. Although it has a two year warranty and an email to their support address was answered pretty quickly, it required me to call some person at some Texas number. This was late at night. I opted to order a more reliable brand from Amazon and received it the next morning. Yeah, I spent thirty bucks for 3 months of connectivity, but I think I have a better answer now with a more reliable brand now.

Confusing
The media could not be loaded. Adapter is confusing to connect unable to pair with my router. Didn’t work for what I need it to. Unable to detect range or heat level

Bad connection
always lose connection and you have to restart your wifi and make it reconnect

wireless is slow on it no where near advertised however hard connected slightly faster but it was cheap and it works
