Made in the USA! It is so hard to find made in the USA now- one reason to love Step 2! This is one of the only hot tub steps with handrails and with a towel hook, actually 2 hooks, one on each side! No more running outside cold without a towel! Very easy to put together- in fact my 13 yr dtr did the majority of the work! Instructions were easy to understand, we did end up using a drill with the screws. Very sturdy and durable! My favorite feature is the storage in the second step- holding all the chemicals, strips, etc, no more carboard boxes hiding on the porch. It is surprising how much it holds and there is even a hole at the bottom for water to drain. Steps are a perfect height to get in and out of the hot tub, and I no longer feel I am going to slip out and fall. Wonderful product!

Overall, I like these steps... but note, to assemble them properly, I had to make a notch in one of the side pieces to allow them to fit properly to the steps.The gray color is a bit lighter than preferred... should have gone with the brown.((I also was a bit confused that one of the steps has the words: 'STEP2' molded in, so one might think it's the second step, but is actually the first step.))

These are sturdy but assembly is ridiculous due to they have no pre drilled holes to accept 3 " assembly screws. You pretty much have to assemble piece by piece and force the screws through the plastic and hope they pull things together straight along with the fear of over tightening and completely stripping the plastic out. If mfer they took the time to have a small pre drilled pilot hole, the assembly would go much easier. I can almost best there's been more then a few people that purchased these steps and either destroyed a part trying to get screws to go in straight when there's just a little dimple to start screw at. Along with the towel hooks that really aren't high enough to hang a towel on ( causing towel to lie on ground when on the hook) there really kind of useless. I'll give them 3 stars due to the cost (there's more cost effective steps online) yes, they are durable and the hand rail helps with getting in/out of tub but the assembly process and towel hooks keep them from getting anything near a 5 star review.

Pre drill holes for screws, great step

They stairs are big and chunky and very sturdy as you step in and out. I like that the sides serve as handles as you're getting out and that they have towel hooks on the outside. The drawer is plenty deep and allows storage of all our chemicals. It's perfect for us.

Very happy. These make it easy to get in and out of the hot tub and provide handy hose storage. Just what we needed.

The color matched my hot tub so nicely. The added storage is very nice for hot tub chemicals. The hand rails are very nice for those of us that are getting older! I was concerned that the handrails would interfere with my hard cover bars, but they fit perfectly. The hard plastic is very sturdy. We used a cordless screwdriver for some of the assembly. Be careful to only put the screws in part way then screw in by hand so as not to damage the product.
