easier to use then the older one

We bought this frame for my parents on November 22, 2023. They loved it until it started having issues. Screen goes dark and you have to turn it off, unplug it, etc…. This happens every day and many times throughout the day. We have been in touch with the company multiple times, beginning on Dec 16. They told us that it was a known issue and an update was in the works which would be available after the first of the year. We were fine waiting until after the first of the year. It is February 15 now and we’ve been told that the update has been delayed. We’ve now requested a refund as they cannot provide a definite date of the fix. We’ve had the frame for nearly 3 months and it only worked for 2+ weeks. No answer on the refund request yet. I would not purchase until the company can confirm that the issue has been fixed and all is working properly.

This has been wonderful as a gift for my parents. We are new parents and being able to send them photos directly to a frame has been awesome.They've been super happy with everything from build quality to the quality of the screen. And appreciate the little sounds when new photos arrive so they know to look!

I would have given this five stars but the first one came and it didn’t work so I had to go through a return process and had to drive to an Amazon return center. We bought my mom one years ago and loved hers. Then I bought my mother in law one for Christmas and thought to myself, “why not get one for myself?” It has been a great way to see my photos of my family and friends. I bought the white frame and it looks nice with my decor. It’s very user friendly, super easy to upload 50 pics at a time.My advice when uploading pics is to crop them so the people are close up in the frame and the pic is landscape so that when it appears on the digital frame, you can see everyone. Otherwise your pic may be too small.

This is the best & simplest digital photo sharing frame! Connect all family through these, upload photos to each other's device. Wonderful for distant families. Love it!
