A great svalue
Just received the aids and thery appear to be excellent. Very comparable to my current hearing aids that cost 10x as much. However, I have not yet tried in a number of environments that stress my current aids( such as a noisy restaurant h so I will log back in in about 2 weeks and update as appropriateSSECOND ADDITIONWell, I’ve had a bit more experience and here are my current thoughts. They were easy to setup and and you have the option of doing a hearing test. You should take advantage of this BUT THERE IS A LEARNING CURVE!Do it at least twice. Do it in a quiet place and at a time you will be undisturbed. Once done, the machine will auto adjust. Not a professionally done test in a booth, but it is good enough for practical use: you are not getting data for clinical follow-up, you just want to hear and it accomplishes that. However it does not, cannot, will not detect disease so if you find youri hearing changing frequently, see a specialist. These devices at this point seem as functional as my more expensive aids. The y do not have magnetically coupled charging nor does the case have a battery to “charge on the go” but in ten years of owning aids with this feature, I never used it.I cannot comment on durability, but I can buy five pairs for the cost of an audiologist fitted aid, so I don’t see that as a major concern. In the way of what’s wrong, the instructions have small print. It should be noted that hearing loss and vision loss both correlate with age. Please charge $2.00 more and furnish EASILY readable instructions. Also, don’t use low contrast print so beloved by 20 year old artists, assuming you are actually trying to make something really useful. There is excellent information there IF I could just read it.Another current problem is getting the a to connect to iPhone audio. I think this is my fault. I’ll let you know if it’s not.current thought: These represent a good value. They are customizable unlike cheaper aids and seem to have every important feature of even the most expensive aid I’ve owned. At this points, I’d buy again

Would recommend for OTC hearing aids!!!
Vivtone Hearing Aids Review I've been pleasantly surprised by how well the Vivtone hearing aids perform. The sound quality is clear, and they're comfortable for daily use. The manual is straightforward and easy to understand, even if you're new to hearing aids. One thing I really appreciate is that the kit comes with multiple earbud replacements. My ear canals aren't exactly the same size, so having different options helped me get a snug, comfortable fit in both ears. The included extra ear wax guards are also a great touch — it's clear Vivtone put thought into the user experience. My only critiques are with the charging case. I wish the lid were attached instead of completely separate — it's easy to misplace if you're not careful. Also, while the app shows battery percentage when connected via Bluetooth, I would love if the case itself had a visible battery indicator too. Overall, these are an excellent value and have made a big difference in my hearing comfort and clarity. Just a few small tweaks would make nearly perfect

I love these!
I love these hearing aids! I have hearing loss from Covid and this product helps me hear in a busy room. I recommend the hearing test so that your hearing aids are properly adjusted. The Bluetooth works great too!

Checks (almost) All the Boxes
I've had these for a year and they're my third pair of HA's . Sound quality is good and the Bluethooth adjustment from the app is very convenient. Handles calls on an Android phone well. The batteries won't last on a long day (7a-10p) and the Bluetooth is subject to interference which causes an annoying, in-ear "Disconnected" and subsequent "Connected" message 2-3 times per day. Presumably, this is coming from my phone and watch. Overall, very satisfied. Looking forward to better battery life and a rechargeable CIC model in the future.

What?
Ok, I have only had these for a couple of days. Up util now, all I have ever used are the aides that "hide" inside your ears. This is my first time using the type that sits behind the ear. They are so comfortable that you forget you have them on. You can hardly see the wire and the quality of what I can hear is unbelievable. On the first day, I kept hearing a noise that I thought was that annoying noise some aides make. Then I thought it was some equipment noise. I finally found the source to be one of our windshields outside by the pool. That was great.I put them on around 6am but run out of power at around 8pm. Did not last 24 hours, but I did use them to listen to music several times during the day. Will wait a while, but might consider betting a second pair as a backupI am happy with my decision.

Big value at affordable price!
Well packaged with easy to understand instructions. Set-up was a snap. App is consumer friendly for the average guy like myself. These are companion aids to my $4500 Phonak aids. The Vivitone have all the same Bluetooth features at 1/10th the price. I will follow up with a performance review as I get used to them.Follow-up:I have been wearing them for a few days and they have performed well. The Bluetooth function works seamlessly with my phone and music. The clarity is excellent. Recharging is a snap, and changing the earpiece was not difficult. My view is these are a great value for the money. I really can't tell whether I have my expensive aids in my ears or these Vivtone aids. That says something about the quality and performance of these Vivitone hearing aids.
