No debit card acceptance
BE ALARMED, Don’t buy this machine because of the price is not that good anyway. if you need to accept debit card this machine is an old version and does not have the chip for debit card. They don’t tell you that firstVery dishonest.

Terrible Customer Service
System works as it should. No problems with the hardware at all really. Customer service is little to no help. Expect hour or longer hold times to get anything done. Then when you actually talk to someone, they transfer you to someone else 99% of the time. For how much they gouge you on fees, the least they could do is provide decent customer service. They don't even offer sub par customer service. Worst I've ever experienced. Can't rate them low enough.

Clover is garbage with a business model based on not letting you cancel. Avoid at all cost!
Used for online sales and when we no longer allowed online sales they make it impossible to cancel while they keep charging monthly fees. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
