A must-have
I’m new to Mediterranean cooking and this book has been a pleasant introduction to it. I bought this book as an afterthought. Last year my pandemic cooking project was to explore the Mediterranean diet, and I bought a book that turned out to be inspiring. I’ve been looking for more recipes that fall into the Mediterranean cuisine to eat a bit more ‘heart healthy’. I was concerned that the recipes would be too complicated, but they were not too difficult for me and I’m an amateur cook. Still a good intro to Mediterranean cooking. What a fresh and appealing compilation of recipes! If you’re tired of eating and making the same things repeatedly, and especially if you want to eat more healthy without giving up on flavor or ‘diet recipes’, you will love this book as much as we do! Everything is very approachable and most ingredients are very easy to get at your grocery. Big flavor in little time which is huge for me. The recipes in this cookbook are easy to follow. I already cook with or have on my shelves most of the spices involved and love Mediterranean foods.

Tasty & Healthy
Mediterranean food is both delicious and nutritious. With this book and a slow cooker, it's simple to enjoy. This Mediterranean cookbook contains a wonderful mix of recipes. It even includes dessert. The directions are straightforward. The materials are readily available, and no special skills or equipment, other than a slow cooker, are necessary. A good way to spice up mealtimes.

Okay cookbook
Okay cookbook but would have liked a bit more insight into the plan

Very disappointed
Amazon won't let me express my opinion freely, so I will try to tone it down and just warn you to please not spend your hard earned cash on this.It is very amateurish. The recipes are badly written, the mealplan tell you to eat the same dishes every say for a week, the book looks like it just came out of an ancient ink jet printer, and the few pictures are black and white and blurred.

Not that good
To many receipies require ingredients that are not easily available in the UK plus the meal planner has you eating the same meal 3 or 4 times a week because you make loads to start off with. Don't mind repeating a meal twice a week but no more than that. Becomes boring.

Disappointing
Can just about cope with the limited (basically non-existent) photos, but many recipes assume you have a slow cooker - estimate I can’t create at least half as there’s no conversion to conventional ovens.
