Works really well. The sanding requires an actual sander, but yeah. It works!

I had a crack in my tile. This product fixed it so well. If you didn't know there was a crack there, you wouldn't notice this fix. It isn't perfect but it is close enough.

When we bought our house there was a chipped tile in the kitchen and I threw a rug over it as I hated looking at this big black spot. I hated having a rug down, but didn't want to deal with the expense of trying to replace the tile. I didn't have a lot of confidence that this product would work but figured at least it wouldn't be a big black spot. Picking a color and blending the color to match was the hard part, the actually repairing was simple. Walking into the kitchen, you would never know there was a broken tile and even up close its hard to see where the repair was made. My only regret is that I waited so long to try this product.

There is not enough pigment in this filler to cover a crack and make it invisible. This photo was taken after the repair. I have ceramic tile and the color inside the tile is dark. You can still see it. This product is a fail.

The color should be a grey/white, but when dried and sanded it looks more brown. The chipped spot stands out even more on my tile floor now than it did before the repair.

This product works fine to repair small chips. It's fairly straight forward to use. Mix equal parts A and B, apply to repair area. Remove as much excess as possible leaving a flat surface. When dry, sand it down.What's not mentioned is, that there are many shades of every color. I bought white to repair a "white" bathroom floor tile. But this is a very bright white, and sticks out like a sore thumb against the off white bathroom tile. This needs to have some darker color mixed in to make it match appropriately. Where to get those extra shades I don't know since it didn't come with them.Bottom line: if you're only buying this base product looking to fix your tile, it almost definitely won't match correctly.

Prep and setup will greatly effect your outcome. Here is my story. Some one dropped a weight on a tile floor in a rental. There was a diamond shaped hole about a half inch deep right in the middle of the tile. I setup a couple pieces of packing tape next to the hole. I then mixed the colors until I had a very close match to my tile pattern. Scooped up with a popsicle stick and filled the hole then smoothed over the top. I let it settle about 1 millimeter above the hole giving me room to sand to perfection. I used the sandpaper and pieces in this kit to repair a near perfect match on a 18 year old tile. I will buy again when needed. 👍
