Very good, just unboxed it, booted up fast, haven't gamed on it as yet but has all the specs stated.Problem i had was it was being shipped with UPS which showed delivered on the 2nd of April 2025 when I ordered on the 31st march. No laptop showed up until today the 11th April. Hopefully no one else got this problem

I currently own an ASUS ROG that's around 10 years old. It's going strong, but I suspect that it might need to be sent to pasture soon.So, I got this little guy as a replacement. Obviously, it isn't at the same level as the ROG series, but I'm happy insofar.The design is minimal, and there's nothing fancy here. It is a plain matte black. The case is plastic, and it will scratch if you aren't careful.The performance is pretty good. I think the 16GB struggles a tiny bit, but it is sufficient. I ended up buying 32GB of Crucial RAM. It would have been nice to get one stick of 16GB RAM instead of two sticks of 8GB for upgrade purposes, but it isn't the end of the world.So far, so good. I'd recommend.

This review is for the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 Laptop 16" Ryzen 7 7735HS 16GB RAM 512GB SSD RX 7700S. A linux only efi/bios firmware upgrade is not available. I really wanted this laptop to work. The discrete graphics was locked out by the firmware so the laptop couldn't be booted using an external monitor for the desired os/configuration. Restarting a USB service vm caused the laptop to reboot. Can't offload processes to gpus when using a hypervisor based os.

The media could not be loaded. Fortnight runs great call of duty warzone 3 runs like butter lol and fortnight to also black ops 6 runs amazingly now in black ops 6 I was having some choppy frames but I put the laptop in to turbo mode and let me tell you this thing is a beast yes the fans are noisy when in turbo mode but put a headset on you won't hear it lol but all in all this thing is great picture quality I give it a 8.5/10 its great performance I give it 8.5/10 also and keyboard is a 9/10 reason beaing a 9 is because it dont have any other colors it can play AAA games easily havent tried GTA 5 yet but I'll update on that later one thing is that i wish it was easier to do graphics card update and fortnight may say update graphics card even tho its updated to the current software but just ignore it if it does that battery life is great playing games you'll get around 2.5 hours web browsing you'll get around 10 hours and YouTube is around 7ish depending on screen quality all in all value for money is perfect

Runs hot but its a laptop. plays most games well, only really struggled with high graphics on newer titles.if youre looking for a good gaming laptop, its amazing for under $900

Works great, can play Helldivers2 with no lag, but gets a little warm and noisy in the process. Added second m.2 drive with no issues.

It's a great laptop, but the charger isn't very good. Mine stopped working in about a month.
