This part worked for my Kitchen Aid glass jar blander. Tool provided worked to take old part out and replace new part. Blade I used once doing job right.

Doesn't fit despite using model number.
I used the model number to order. It was to small and I ended up with a mess on my counter.

Missing several pieces initially but eventually OK
Missing several parts. Couplings and wrench missing. Update: Amazon sent me set with all pieces. Rattled a bit at first so I greased the round piece of blade assembly outside the jar and it seems to have quieted down.

Well built card, functions perfectly for my system
One of the reviews mentioned the item they received had a gasket which they thought was a little thin. But rather than trash my blender I took a chance to order this.It fits my jar perfectly and works well. I don't do a lot of ice breakage with it so maybe there is less stress but all is well and back to using it as before.
