Fantastic Exercises
I was recently diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder that is attacking my connective tissue, so I am actually no longer able to lift weights or do intensive cardio workouts. However, being in the military, I can't just give up on physical training (nor do I want to). Enter bodyweight workouts, which I have still been cleared to do. Not really knowing where to start, I ended up finding these books. This is absolutely perfect for my needs. Although modified versions of the exercises aren't listed, it's not hard to figure out how to modify them, and there are so many options here I can't imagine getting bored. I bought this one and the first volume of Rey's Bodyweight workouts (I'll order Volume 2 soon), and I've already seen improvements. If you have some physical limitations but want to get/stay in shape, these books are really a great option.

I like the idea that the book was written into parts
I like the idea that the book was written into parts. One part is how to build the abs. The second part shows how to combine cardio work with abs workout. I say Nice.

The packaging sucks
I like everything about the book as a coach helps your creativity for your clients the only thing that was upsetting was the packaging would have preferred a box because the brand new book got here bent and a little damaged too much of a hassle to return it so I kept it it’s just my ocd I like my books to look nice specially when I’m not paying for a used one but the material is good

NO DETAILS OF EXERCISES, JUST LISTS
I was expecting details of each type of exercise, like you'd normally find. Details about how to do each exercise, what to focus on, what to be careful not to do. What specific area it works. Even for abs, there's specific regions, as well as other body muscles that benefit. This has zero details, and is simply page after page of collections of exercises. It assumes you already know the exercises. Anyone can put together their own lists once they know the exercises. So this is just a waste of time and a mockery of an "exercise book".The book wasn't even put together in the usual way (i.e. an editor and publishing company). It's just a person submitting a file to a printing company. It's cheap and amateurish. Even the "author" doesn't give his or her first name, so lots of anonymity. Get a real book from a real publishing company instead.I can't understand all the great reviews. It's like people are referring to a completely different book!
