I use this trigger finger brace when I sleep. It offers stability for my finger that’s easy to use. The Velcro straps make adjusting at the wrist, palm and trigger finger easy to do. The reason for the 5 stars is I can’t lose it when I’m sleeping while providing pain relief while sleep.

Son broke his finger... The custom cast lady couldn't see him for a week and half (tell me you live in a small town without telling me you do)But If you know anything about broken fingers they heal within 3-4 weeks, his was a complete break.... This came in clutch! Honestly probably better than the cast they were going to make for him. It was comfortable. The velcro did not get all worn out. My son is 16 so let's say medium hands. So the fit could have fit large hands or small hands... It was very easy to adjust. This was well worth it. It worked well. He healed within 3 and 1/2 weeks and it did not cause pain while wearing it! He even got to play soccer while having this on (they double wrapped it due to it having metal but he got to play).

Great brace, but it was too big. It strapped down all my fingers instead of just my two middle ones.If you have small hands, avoid this product

Just what I needed for my center finger "trigger finger." Didn't give it 5 stars because it is very light and I don't think it be long before I have to order another...

The splint is wonderful. It’s only got protection of a slightly flexible steel plate on the underside of this, but not over the fingers.But it’s plenty wide, and it’s the widest one I have that easily rests and cradles three fingers so that they are not popping out the side or having to be held in only by the strap. My joints are so badly blue, that if the strap touches them at all, it causes constant pain so they need to be resting, protected, and not being held in from the side.The flat base of this is just perfect, and it’s comfortable and better adjustable.

I am using this splint with my Dupuytrens contracture Xiflex "surgery". One week of the injection this splint kept me from straightening my finger, which can be bad, and from making a fist, which isn't bad, just hurts. Now I have had the finger manipulation and this holds them straight. My PT made me a splint but I alternate between the two.

Worked great for helping my husband rest his finger after an injury. Comfortable to wear and easy to apply. So much more comfortable and protective than the old aluminum ones.

I don’t think my hands are unusually large. My left hand (brace hand) measured from the crease where the palm meets the wrist to the tip of the middle finger is 8.75 inches. I ordered the larger brace. The length is fine and my hand fits snuggly in the brace. the problem is the thumb hole size and location. A least for me, the thumb dictates the brace positioning and cause the fingers in the brace to shift towards the little finger at a very uncomfortable angle. I could never get the fingers to lay flat against the brace since the first knuckle is not pulled down to the brace. I finally solved the problem by not using the thumb hole and turning the brace over so the metal support was on top and wearing the brace like a glove. Fantastic relief. The fingers are properly oriented the knuckle is immobilized and the brace now pulls the fingers straight. No discomfort caused by the brace like when I used it as intended. I had to use it wrong to get the result I need.
