Map gas works good
Haven't used it on propane but works on map gas. No flame adjust. You can lock the flame on tho. It's pretty solid, good weight.

Torch functions really well it’s easy to connect to propane canisters. The flame is really hot and very strong nothing complicated a simple valve to turn. Just screw it onto your propane canister, and you’re good to go, A good value for the money..
