It was surprisingly easy to use, even for someone like me who's not particularly handy. The gloves included were a great touch, making the job much cleaner. This tool saved me from an expensive plumber visit, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. Highly recommend for any household plumbing needs!

The snake is a bit flimsy, the handle is also thin plastic, as mentioned in other reviews. This snake did not get our clog, in fact, it bent in the drain, folded over and got stuck. Maybe my clog was more heavy duty than what this can handle. I'm sure if it's a simple clog it'll work great..

This drain snake works pretty well. It is long enough to plumb sinks and showers. The snake line feels well made, but the handle portion is made from cheap plastic. I think this is a good solution for home owners that want to try this before spending big money on a plumber.

Once it gets to the clog, it will first warp and deform before unstucking whatever is stuck.At that point, now you have two stuck things instead of one.The tool does not come with any sort of instructions or warnings.

Has very long length & great for unclogging drains. But the housing the line is in is very cheaply made plastic. I couldn't use the reel and had push the line in and pull it out by hand. And discovered the line wasn't even connected to anything inside the housing. Messy business, but I was able to unclog our A/C drain line. Since I used it & it got dirty, I decided it wasn't worth the effort to send it back. It's still usable, so I'll tough it out when it's needed again. My advice, pay a little more & get a better brand

I was 10 seconds away from calling in the professionals when I got this and boy I'm glad I found this! It works So well and is SO efficient and thorough that I don't think I'll need to call the pros ever again!
