Boost signal
Got this to upgrade an old wifi card. And boost to gain is huge, factory antenna are usually 3dBi, this jumping to 12 just makes everything stronger.Simple upgrade to make my network connection stronger, and but being stronger and dropping less packets it feels much faster.Get upgrade.

Surprised honestly
Got these for probably something they won't last for. I have trail cams in FL and the recent hurricanes broke 2 of the antennas. These had high dBi so figured I'd see how they work. One of my antennas I have on a mast. I think there is more damage than just the antenna as this one did not work at all when connected to the mast. Not having an extra wire on me, I instead connected it directly to the camera and shockingly it started sending pictures. OEM antenna couldn't do that. Will leave on for now and update with any issues. Hopefully it lasts!

Looks cooler than typical boring round antennas
Got these without paying attention to sex of the connectors. I needed female but these were male. They looked nice though and seemed like they were good quality. Was a bit sad I had to return them and get boring round antennas that were female.

not bad
They work and look good too

Identical to 9dbi rated ones....
I don't have the equipment to measure gain or output, but measure my cell phone and a signal strength these seem to be identical to another "9dbi" rated tri-band antennas I have both in performance and in style. I am assuming they may be whitelabel parts. I don't have a 12dbi antenna to compare against so either this performs identically as those or they're stretching the facts. My guess is that some part of the attenuation reaches 12dbi but it is not in the 5/6ghz range from what I can compare. Still, these are functional antennas that were better than the stock 3/5dbi antennas I was replacing.

Replaced broken antennas
I have an ASUS router where a couple of antennas got broken on. I put these on to replace them and they work just like the originals. They even have a similar style so they can pass for them. The router seems to be working fine with them on and it looks complete. Hope these are more sturdy than the originals.

They appear to work
I hooked it up to my wireless router and it appears to work just fine I mean it's one of those things you can't really know for sure if it's working unless it's solved an actual problem for you… But I give a five stars because it seems like it works just fine
