I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the few reviews mentioning this mix was tasteless – the package clearly says to add flavoring of your choice! This was hands down the best vegan cake mix I’ve ever used. It baked up perfectly moist and delicious, and the versatility is a huge plus.I followed the simple instructions on the back of the package and watched the bake-along video, which is absolutely adorable and made the process even easier. This mix made me feel like a pro baker!This has now become a staple in my pantry, and I’ll definitely be purchasing more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, delicious vegan cake mix!

My favorite cake mix! It's vegan, made with just the right amount of ingredients, delicious, and so easy to work with! I baked a cake for my boyfriend's birthday a few months ago and it was perfect! This time I'm going to bake cupcakes!

Unfortunately, I did not have a successful experience with this mix. Despite trying it three different times, the results were consistently unsatisfactory. I am unable to relate to the positive reviews from others. Therefore, I would not recommend this product.

What a great cake mix. It is hard to find a vegan cake mix, and I was so excited when I saw this being offered on Amazon. I think the best part about this cake mix is the versatility. A few simple ingredients and the flavoring of your choice and one mix gives you endless options. If you want a pistachio flavored cake, add pistachio flavoring. Do you want an almond flavored cake, add almond flavoring. That to me was one of the best parts of the cake mix; one cake mix, and you can make multiple flavors with it. I thought the consistency was perfect as well. This is my go to cake mix.

I used this mix to bake cupcakes. I followed the tutorial video and it was very easy to make. Mix is unflavored so I just added vanilla extract and topped them off with a vanilla frosting. They came out very tasty.

It was edible but not buying again, can't even describe what it taste like but not cake.

Love this cake mix!! It’s perfect for my kids. We don’t eat a lot of added sugar in our family, so I was happy that these cupcakes have very little sugar. It’s customizable so you can control what kind of flavor you want to add to it, which is perfect for our family! I make a batch of these sometimes when my kids (who are vegan) get invited to birthday parties. I top it with some icing and pack them to take to parties. They love these!

I bought this because I've recently gone dairy free due to severe lactose intolerance. Vegan options make it easier to avoid unwanted milk or butter, so I gave this a try.Pros:It is easy to make. You will need plant based milk, oil, and a small bit of vinegar. Beyond that, you just drop the cake mix in a bowl and mix everything around.The baking time for cupcakes is 15 or 16 minutes, so it's not time consuming.The taste is not bad. What you get will depend on what you add. We added cinnamon and vanilla and were pleased with the outcome.Cons:The batter is thin and runny. It baked up alright but it was messy to get in the cupcake liners.The texture is a little bit odd. Not terrible but odd. I think that's common with vegan cakes though.Price is a little high for one bag of mix.You absolutely must buy a decent frosting. I think it might have a bit of a boring sawdust quality if you didn't use a good icing.Overall, I would recommend it and I would buy it again.
