Exactly what I am looking for my 90 year old father. No bells and whistles, just a simple phone you can use to dial in and out. I cannot comment on other features, since my father doesn't text. I know what he needs is just a simple phone for elderly, and it did exactly what he wanted it to. The numbers are big and easy to press. The ring tone is loud. He lives in Manhattan so far coverage has been great. A great phone for anyone who just wants a basic, big button, easy to use loud phone. The tiny phone is light and cute, I am thinking of getting one for myself as back up to my S24+. Highly recommended.

Bought this as a backup phone after the hurricane our normal service provider dropped for several days. Texting is a pain keep in mind it’s not water proof and it’s all plastic. Got a SIM card and the plan is about 10 dollars a month. But I wanted a backup cell phone ours were kaput as was our landline so for an emergency it will hopefully get the job done. I went for this as the price was right.

Got this for my elderly mom who can't use a smart phone. The quality is fine. It's a plastic casing that feels cheap, but at this price it's adequate. Camera picture quality is low, but again, no one is buying this for that reason. The buttons are big, the volume is loud. The one not great thing is that you need to remember to "lock" the key pad or any contact could be dialing out.Unfortunately, after multiple tries this does not work with mint and I will be returning

I bought this for my 88 year old mother who can't have a pots phone in her assisted living facility.. It's a cheap phone, construction feels cheap and care must be used to take the back cover off without breaking it. I have two primary gripes. (1) It's advertised as a dumb phone however it lamely implements, internet, voice mail, texting and email. My mother keeps getting lost in the menus for these things she has no use for. She need a phone that does phone calls and nothing else. (2) It can't accept V-Cards. I wanted to send a pile of V-cards to her phone to populate her address book. That doesn't work. You have to laboriously enter each name using the numerical keypad, ie. the one button let you enter abc, two button def ect. It's a long process to get one phone number into the phone.
