I purchased this after rotator cuff surgery and it is to my liking! Easy to carry phone. This one is not annoying to my neck and there is no velcro touching my neck. A couple of issues though. My thumb got sore so I added a large hair tye to the thumb holder and I can then move it to other fingers if I wish. The little strap below the elbow wasn't long enough so I had to cut if off-doesn't seem to matter. I have used it for 3 weeks and I am noticing the adjusting strap velco is letting loose occasionally - maybe I need to clean it?? I am not sure about this part but a bit disappointed in that slippage. If you move the neck pad down so the velcro catches it, it seem to stay in place. Overall I would recommend it.

The sling is pretty decent, but the materials extremely itchy.

I bought this to replace a flimsy arm sling issued by a hospital, and I am very impressed with the design, quality and price point. I like the snap button, so you do not have to adjust the length every time you put it on. I like the double pocket on the arm (left and right) that fits an iPhone Max. I like the vented, padded arm rest material that breaths. And the attention to detail even includes a thumb loop, and the bright orange stripe, set against the black color stands out, so that people clearly see you have a broken arm or shoulder, and do not inadvertently bump into you in a crowd. A very well thought out product. I wear it to help heal a broken collarbone.

Fits perfectly for me! Something about the packaging gave me the impression it had been opened before. Just to be on the safe side I chose to wash it first. OMG…some man had this on before. There was a sink full of short hair shaving like from a face or beard. I’m sure the seller may not have known because the sling didn’t look used. Whoever returned it…shaved in it.
