I use this to slice loaves baked in my bread maker machine. I like that it is adjustable to fit and size or shape of bread. The lid makes it excellent for storing the sliced bread. This purchase was well worth it.

I recently started making my own bread and was looking for an easier way to cut the bread. This slicer is made well and makes it easy use. It helps me make even slices of bread. The basket can hold two or more loafs depending on the size. I love that it has a date dial on top so I can see when the bread was made. My only complaint is that even though the plastic is hard, it started to get scratched up the first time I used it from the knife. All in all this is a good set for a beginning bread maker like myself.

I had high hopes for the bread box, especially considering how expensive it is. Sadly, these are not good items. Both are difficult to clean and to dry because they have a zillion nooks and crannies. The slicer thing is also difficult to assemble and oddly spaced. I suspect that the rubber stopper in the top doesn't seal like it's supposed to either since water keeps dripping out of it hours after having washed and dried the silly thing. The final nail in the coffin is that one of the latches on the bread box doesn't latch. It'll pop back out the instant you get it down, and no amount of reorienting or additional tries will help. Overall, this item is a fail.

I liked that this set came with a storage box. It is really convenient that this has a date dial, so you can tell at a glance how old the bread is. The box is massive. It's a bit too big for the rustic bread loafs that we buy.The slicer is really handy. I'm really bad at cutting the bread straight and my family gets annoyed at having to eat lopsided bread. This really did help me cut the bread into perfectly even slices. They are the perfect size for the toaster. The only down side to the slicer is that our bread knife was a bit short for it, making it a bit difficult to use.

I truly appreciated how easy it is to assemble and disassemble this bread storage box. Heavy duty plastic material. Although the divider slicer does not fit inside box, it is a worthy option to have. Cleans and sanitizes easily. The lid design has dials that allows one to keep track of made on and expiration date. Great price.

This bread slicer and storage container are good for the price. I am not amazed by the quality but the quality is actually pretty good for the cheap price and they do what they are designed to do.This unit is very simple but perfect for those that bake there own bread. It makes slicing fresh loaves of bread easy, fast with uniform thicknesses of slices.It is very stable when slicing and is very easy to clean.
