This HDMI encoding device provides many features for creating online streams and monitoring/recording video and audio. It's not bad, but it isn't great either. Its versatility makes it an excellent fit for entry-level streamers. However, many similar devices offer the same functions, so I need help understanding the high price tag.

This is a good streaming device. You do need to be tech savvy to set this up properly. This device is very versatile with all the different port and option to stream too.

If you're a tech savvy person, this encoder/decoder is reasonably easy to setup. If you're not tech savvy, then you may struggle because the manual isn't great. I do think for the price point the manual should be better, but it isn't a big deal. I also wish they communicated the specs better on the listing. What components of this device make it worth the price point vs a nicer 4k @60fps capture card? I guess the fact that it is a standalone unit that doesn't require a PC is a big benefit.In either case, the device was easy enough to setup and does work as it claims. I'll probably use this for cameras rather than streaming gameplay, but I'm generally happy with the device and would be comfortable recommending it to someone who needs the device.

A very nice video encoder for live streaming. Trouble and problem free and the video looks superb. It comes with both a USB and a good length HDMI cable, along with a power supply. Plug it in and use it. I'm using it with VMix, works great.

I really wanted to absolutely love this, but it did have a few flaws. Overall it did do everything that it was supposed to do and everything it claimed to do in the ad. I really just took one star off for the amount of trouble that I had trying to get everything all set up. The instruction manual for setup is very hard to read. Whoever translated this did a really poor job of doing so, and for this price I would really like to see the manual improved so that setup could be easier. I am no it expert so this definitely took me a while to get everything hooked up the way it should be. I feel like it took entirely too long to do so especially when all the slots are pretty self-explanatory and well labeled. This did come very well packed and secured and it feels heavy duty and well made. I was able to try it out and do a stream last night and it worked as it should. So I did finally get it hooked up the way it should be but with no help from the manual. I deducted one star just for that. This would definitely be a five-star product if they would update the manual and maybe bring the price down a little bit! Overall still a solid 7 out of 10

This works really good ,I was happy. It wasnt difficult to figure out as I'm not the most text savvy person in the world but I got it set up pretty good the first time it's been working perfectly we've had no issues we're both very happy with what we have two very good quality

Perfect for encoding HDMI input into a stream for transmission. Will take some time for set up, but with some trial and error, the encoder works great. Recommended for versatility.

This encoder does just about anything one would want to create an online stream or monitor/record video and audio. It's flexible enough that I think it would be good for an entry level streamer's tool chain.The online manual is not great. It's mostly badly translated gibberish, but if you're an A/V, network, and/or IT expert you may be able to figure it out. One might expect that for $237 they could afford an English speaking person to write the manual.There isn't much to this device. It's a small box with some very common plugs, so I'm not sure why it's so expensive. Perhaps there are custom ICs inside.One star off for a high price and bad manual.
