I was initially skeptical about the process of ordering a retainer online, however the seller provided all of the necessary materials and instructions to create the retainer with ease. The process of creating the mold at home is daunting, but they were also very responsive to questions related to the validity of the mold I created and they were able to confirm whether or not the mold would be useable prior to sending it in. They were also responsive with getting the status on the shipping of the finished retainer, and provided a shipping label so that I could track the retainer once it had been created.The retainer itself is high quality (with multiple options for thickness), does not bend at all, and fits perfectly on the teeth. It also came with a nice study carrying case for during the day.Overall I would highly recommend buying from here, as they seem willing to provide all of the necessary help in creating the mold for the retainer, and deliver a good product.

I want to share my experience. I was told by my dentist that I needed a retainer due to my grinding of my teeth. My dentist wanted to charge me over $400. I found this wonderful company on Amazon that made my retainer for a quarter of the cost. The customer service is above and beyond. They make sure you are 100% happy with the fit. I would highly recommend them to everyone! They do great job!
