Great Butterbell
This is a lovely simple butter bell.The listing does state that it will have a line to indicate where to fill the water to but you only need enough water to create a seal.You fill the bell when the butter is softened, add some salt water to the dish portion and away you go. Simple and easy to use and looks great on your table.

Looks nice
Looks nice but the edge of the bell shape, where the butter is, scratches easily when trying to get butter out. Personally do not find this concept actually keeps the butter soft enough for spreading, I feel the water actually keep the top of the butter cold, so I've now ordered a butter dish instead.
