We love this ping ping conversion table. Compared to the old one we are replacing, it is night and day. Our old table was also the higher quality 19mm thick (you won’t want thinner), but the metal supports found on the Butterfly (on all four sides) will prevent this top from eventually warping and that is a huge plus. MOST IMPRESSIVE is the padding underneath. Pre-installed and covers the ENTIRE back of the table. Our old top had excellent pads, but it took forever to perfect placement so that the top would not hurt our pool table. When our older kids would take it off and on, they would never put it perfectly back in place (I mean who would - give yourself a week and you’d be throwing it back up there, too). No worries with that AT ALL given the full pad. We did not have any issues with paint peeling as we unwrapped the product, as other reviewers have suggested. Paddles have already rubbed the surface during play and we have had no scratches or marks at all. Quality is fantastic for recreational use. If you are buying this for your family, you will not be disappointed and other websites are at least $100 more. We are not pro ping pong players but unlike a few comments, the net was perfect. Tension can be adjusted, unlike most others. Plays evenly. VERY HEAVY so pay the $19.99 to Amazon for placement delivery. So worth it and wish we had done it!! Thought I would need PT after dragging one half to our basement with another adult. You will need two teens or adults to lift these halves on and off - your ten year olds will not be doing it. Each piece probably weighs close to 75 pounds. However, that is what makes it such high quality and so durable. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with this conversion top. We ordered the blue and the color was perfect. For $335, the price cannot be beat. We did have one small plastic piece underneath where the net attaches that we had to superglue, as it was coming off a bit. No issues and could not be seen. One of the pink plastic pieces on the corner was cracked, but after calling mfr, they sent me two more for free. Wasn’t a deal breaker anyway and would not impact play. I just didn’t want to look at it if it wasn’t perfect. Look no further for the perfect ping pong conversion top. This is it.

The table itself is nice quality and just what we wanted and needed. The delivery of the table was where we experienced some issues. Once purchased, it took a long while to get any type of tracking information. It appeared it nearly made it to our house and then poof I received an email saying it was damaged and sent back. I contacted Amazon customer service and the representative was great. I repurchased the table after they credited my account. The price had gone up and the agent credited me back the difference which was great. The second time around it also took a long time to get tracking info. The national delivery system Ceva did not have good communications with the local delivery company Diamond. Ceva sent out a delivery date and time at my request. I re-arranged my schedule to be home and nothing. The local delivery agent didn't know why the CEVA shipping agents did this without any communication or coordination. The table finally arrived after nearly a month. The cardboard packaging was torn on the corners and it looked like it was tossed around with a fork lift. Luckily Butterfly packed it with protective boards at the corners and it was in perfect shape. Good value table but the delivery of such a large item will take time and be prepared for some hiccups in the process.

This conversion top by Butterfly sold by Bowmar sports is extremely well made. It is very sturdy and the bounce is as good as my $1,800 dollar foldable professional table. Installs very easy and the customer service was excellent from Bowmar sports. From what I understand, Bowmar sports is the official distributor for Butterfly tables in the USA. I ordered from them to insure I got a genuine butterfly table as it is generally known as the best table in regards to quality. I highly recommend this table!

Product was delivered into room but not sure why I paid for setup. They just put the box in the room and left . There was no unpacking of the item especially since the box was so damaged . But to the fine packing of the table in the box there was very minimal damage to the table . Not worth my time to send it back . The net is professional grade and the table is a great color of blue . I would give 5 stars to the product itself.

This table top had great reviews so we bought it. It came defective, with a huge crack in the middle of the table. What made the experience worse was that because the table is very heavy, we paid a delivery fee to bring the table downstairs. The people who helped bring the table down slide the table across our hardwood floor before bringing it to the basement. We now have a permanent and long scratch on our hardwood floor because of the carelessness from the delivery people.

Extremely well built. Love the pad that’s permanently installed on bottom side of table. Which was one of the main selling points for me. Easy install but very heavy two pieces. Best to have two people just takes a few minutes. Not a tabletop you want to be putting on and taking off all the time. Highly recommend this tabletop! Got the run around with the delivery. But the product itself is great!

Once we actually got the ping pong table top it was great. The first one was never delivered. The second came smashed up from the delivery but the third one was a charm and Amazon at least made it right. BUT my advise is order it 3-4 weeks before you need it. Great quality. It is nice and thick and doesn't bow in the middle once you secure the net on. Its thick and protects the table with foam completed covering the back. Worth the money and would definitely recommend it. We love it!!

Too bad there is a small dent on the side. It won't affect the use of the table top but it certainly doesn't look good. At this price it's still a good deal. I guess this is the last one they have. Last time I checked, it was sold out.

Came quickly. Packaged nicely. Very heavy!!! This is a top quality product. Fit on my table perfect. Two minutes to set up. Just awesome.
