They are hard to install and do not look professional

This is a rubbery plastic material that is really easy to work with. I used to to add moulding to my flat panel doors and it was super easy to cut and stick down in a straight line without worrying about waves getting in it. The product is a good quality for the price. We secured it with caulking and it seems to be holding up quite well. I really appreciate how it doesn't kink up in roll, or resist laying flat. It does slightly shrink when you lay it down, because it is pretty elastic, so just something to note.

This did the trick to seal the gaps in my old windows that don't shut all the way. Great deal for the cost. It also came in handy to help seal the edges of my patio door that lets a lot of air leak in. Perfect solution.
