Best controller I've used yet
This is one of the finest controllers I've ever put my hands on. I'm so sick of using controllers for a few months only to have them succumb to stick drift. Every. single. one. PlayStation, Xbox, Steel Series, third party. The Hall Effect Sensors in this controller are so smooth and so buttery its amazing. I needed a new controller to use with my Steam Deck and this controller was in the running along with the PS5 and the Xbox Pro controller. I'm so glad I decided to go with the GuliKit KingKong Pro2. It paired with my computer and Steam deck seamlessly and if I want to pair with my Switch, I have no doubt that I'll have no issues with it. The controller itself has a really nice heft to it and a super comfortable stippling that makes using it a joy. It also came with extra buttons to swap out to bring it in line with Nintendo's button lay out AND a really nice plastic case in case I'd like to throw it in my my bag for travel. I did immediately add some heavy duty tape to the joint in my controller case because the plastic its made out of is the kind that will eventually break with enough use. I cant speak highly enough of this controller and because of this, I plan to swap out the sticks in my Steam Deck with GuliKit Hall Effect Sticks at some point. Well Done, GuliKit!

much, much better than the xbox elite
this is the best xbox layout controller with four back buttons. that's a small niche, but it's one with a half dozen $150+ controllers, none of which are as nice as this. i've absolutely ravaged mine across like 400 hours of Elden Ring and the only issue i've had is a slight stickiness on one of the back buttons after a few hundred hours, which was fixed by just bending the button back the other way for a while.why this fella is so much better than those other controllers:1. hall effect sticks so it won't stop working properly after five hours2. stiff, satisfying back buttons with interchangeable paddles that aren't likely to be pressed accidentally unlike the horribly oversensitive back buttons on most other controllersthat's pretty much it. everything else is as good or better than the competition, and for less than half the price of many of those controllers. it ain't perfect; my R1 button squeaks and the digital mode of the triggers isn't great, but the latter is universal with all these "pro" controllers, and they're still less bad than the other options.there's no PC app to customize stuff which is a bummer, it'd be nice to be able to have multiple layouts saved, tweak macros without referring to the manual, etc. but considering what a buggy mess most of those apps are it might be for the best.anyway, this is the best you'll find in its class, at least compared to the ones Microsoft, Razer, PDP, or Thrustmaster are offering. all of those are both worse and horribly overpriced. i haven't tried every smaller brand hall stick controller but there doesn't seem to be anything significantly better as of this review**for some folks the manbaone might be better as it has clicky buttons, better digital-mode triggers, and a screen, but the back paddles on that are too small for me personally so i'm sticking with this for now

ALMOST perfect!
Save your money with all the others controllers and all their BS sales pitches. Buy this instead. This controller is absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best I have ever had the chance to put in my gamer hands and I've been gaming for almost 30 years. The settings are braindead easy to adjust. Calibration is automatic and a literal breeze. Pairing is effortless. The build quality is far better than anything else I have ever used even with controllers upwards of $250. Thing doesn't even creak when you twist it and try to break it. The joysticks feel like they are coated in Krytox 205G0 and the triggers, OH, the triggers. Melted butter. Everything is interchangeable on the fly to your liking and you get EVERYTHING you need to do it. No extra spending on pointless extras to get what you want. It even comes with a nice protective case to throw it in when you're not using it and the case fits it like a literal tailored suit. Above all else, it's comfortable to hold. No fatigue. Lightweight AND insanely durable. Buttons feel solid and crisp. Everything is responsive in every way. I don't know how they will top this one. The ONLY complaint I have, and it's not even a complaint, is that the controller will NOT fit in the protective case included if you have ANY of the pedals or levers on the backside. That's about it. Good job GuliKit. You made a fan of me.*** ONE WEEK OWNERSHIP EDIT ***The battery dies somewhat quickly. Lights on with vibration will cause battery to die within 4-6 hours. I docked a star for this. I have done a Plug and Play battery upgrade which can be found on IMGUR from SNIPEYOPIPE. Buttons and triggers needed to be re-lubed, screws inside were stripped from factory upon disassembly and one of the mounts that hold the trigger in place was cracked from factory as well. Their "2nd-generation buttons" are NOT mechanical either so buyer beware.

Casi perfecto

Mistakenly reviewed the wrong seller in my feedback regarding slippers. The controller is great.
Thought I should make up for my mistake with this product review as there is no option to remove the merchant feedback (the controller seller being Aknes).Amazon put a strike through the text and claimed responsibility before I got a chance to explain the situation, but I think they are leaving it as is. I think as a result of Amazon's action the feedback did not hurt the seller's score.Basically when I clicked the "Leave seller feedback" button on the slipper merchant's page, it brought me to a new page with several other products including the slippers, but I didn't notice the other products. The controller merchant was probably the first on the product list presented to me. I had never left seller feedback before.Anyways, the controller is great so far. The analog sticks feel amazingly accurate, the triggers feel great while driving in games. Only issue I'm slightly concerned about is that the Y button feels slightly sticky when coming out, like it takes a little longer than it should compared to the A B and X buttons. Those 4 face buttons are mechanical switches rated for I believe 50 million clicks btw. I kinda wish the start and select buttons were larger and shaped differently, mostly the select button though.Had no issues getting Windows 11 to recognize the XInput mode from the controller.

Versatile and Dependable
The Gulikit KingKong 2 Pro controller (bit of a mouthful by the way) is a solid controller and one of the better third-party options out there. It feels comfortable in the hand and the handling is comparable to something like an Xbox Wireless Controller. It has a matte finish that doesn't attract fingermarks and is weighted just right so that it doesn't feel tiring but also doesn't feel light and cheap. Build quality-wise it's hard to fault. In terms of gameplay, it works great. The joysticks are smooth and responsive, they have less resistance than say, your average DualShock controller yet they spring back into place when released just fine. Being Hall effect sensors, their big selling point is their resistance to mechanical wear but only time will tell how these compare to traditional joysticks. The buttons are nice and tactile too; D-Pad buttons and face buttons all operate on a membrane switch as opposed to clicky dome switches. Some people might prefer the clicky type, but I prefer this type because it's quieter. One of the features I like best about this controller is how versatile it is. I have it paired to my PC, Switch, and iPad and can seamlessly hop between them without needing to re-pair each time.On the Switch, it's detected as a Pro Controller and pretty much works just like one with most features present. It supports gyro controls, Amiibo, and all of the system buttons work too. The only difference is that it doesn't have HD Rumble, instead it uses regular eccentric rotation-type vibration motors but that's not too bad of a tradeoff. On PC and mobile, this gamepad is detected as an Xbox Controller. One downside is that by default this controller is configured as a Switch Pro Controller with the A button on the right, B bottom, Y left, and X up. In PC and mobile mode the button mappings are switched so the A/B and X/Y button mappings are swapped based on their physical button labels. The controller itself does come with swappable buttons so you can customise them and swap them around to match the Xbox layout and if you don't use a Switch then this will work for you.Additionally, there's a button combination that lets you re-map the A/B and X/Y positions on the fly but this will affect mappings across all modes so while the buttons will match in PC mode, they will no longer match in Switch mode. It would be nice it the re-mappings are saved on a per-mode basis. Given that the controller supports firmware updates, I can only hope they fix this in the future. There are some neat extra features too, for example you can record input macros on the go and play them anywhere. I don't use this feature but I'm sure other people will find it useful. While I haven't done a dedicated battery test, this controller has lasted through 2 months of sporadic daily usage so it's definitely decent. Because it charges via USB C, there's no shortage of compatibility with most chargers too.All in all, I'd highly recommend this controller. It works and feels great and being able to pair with multiple platforms and move between them means I no longer need three separate controllers. There are some downsides and it's important to note that this controller does not work with the PlayStation or the Xbox but if you're a PC, Switch, or mobile user then this is a great choice.
