Overall, the product is good and a decent one and I'm saying this after more than 4years of use. I've bought it at that time because I was thinking that It might came up with built in WiFi and Hotspot features, While I was absolutely wrong. And I must say this to the readers, that don't be in misconception like me. Although It is a good product which supports all 2G/3G bands and connects to Internet easily, unless you don't have datapack. And speed is too awesome, more than a mb if you have a good signal out there.I'm from Bokaro, Jharkhand and I did used multiple networks in this modem i.e; Reliance3G, Idea, Vodafone, Telenor, Airtel.. and It worked simply fine. While If you'll insert a jio sim then definitely It will not work. I did tried this also..Another good feature is that it support SD card upto 64Gb. And whenever I does't have any datapack, I mainly used this as card reader. Here too It worked fine..Till now I'm using it. and It is working well in it's extent.Be aware that, It only supports 2G and 3G networks (not 4G). It supports SD card upto 64Gb. It doesn't have any hotspot or Wifi feature. It's cloud storage is ridiculously useless.and If you'll use this modem for what it's been made to do, then surely It will sustain more than 7-10yrs of life.If your anxiety level to buy this haven't decreased yet after considering my review, then best of luck. you're now up for it.Thank you for your time.Have a great time using this..

I bought it at a price of INR 500 in lighting deal. This is a 3g modem and works with Windows 7 as well as Windows 10. You can see the statistics graph in Windows 7 but it is not visible in Windows 10. As far as speed is concerned it went up to 6 Mbps ( BSNL UP East) but I think speed depends on the operator you have. I have not tested it's wifi option so can't say anything about that.Overall it is a nice buy at this price.

The BEST part is that you can can get any network access from this Data card using your preferred SIM. No need to buy various dongles as this one allows you to surf the net just by altering different SIMs. Make sure you know which service provider is good in your circle, buy their SIM and use it on this beautiful device. Just change the SIM when you move to a different place and enjoy net on the go. Only backdrop is that it does not support 4G.

I ordered this product on 11 Oct 2014 and received the same after 9 days on 20 Oct 2014. I used Airtel 4G sim and was working fine. But i bought this one for sharing internet to my smart phones from laptop/desktop using the WiFi feature (as mentioned in the description) and utility tool (iBall soft AP Manger, available to download from iBall official website). But the WiFi feature was defective in the product. Finally I decided to return the product back as I bought this one to share internet over WiFi (from my desktop pc). I already having Airtel 4g (LTE) dongle. So it is useless to have another dongle (without wifi feature).Another thing I want to mention here is: It is not like Photon WiFI max. You can not use this data card with wall mount usb adapter/charger. You must use pc/laptop/desktop to create wifi hotspot. So decide properly what you need. If you really want this feature (creating wifi hotspot without pc) then go for "D-Link DWR-710 Wifi Data Card" but the price of Dlink dongle is double than this product. Choose wisely. I am not using this product, because wifi was defective. Thats why only 1 star. waste of time for me. Now I am waiting for my refund. Let see how it works. It was my 1st order to Amazon that too defective.

Very good, i used bsnl 3G sim card in this and using this data card. The only problem is there is no picture or sign that how to insert sim and also both sim and memory card tray are at same place, so u have to remove sim first and than memory card.I am proud to be Amazon Wale.
