Great product
These are great for shank buttons that can't be washed or dry cleaned. Also, sewing buttons on makes me cranky. Sort of like pregnancy, because I can't wait for it to be finished. These buttons are great, but they're not practical for applications that will put a strain on them, like something tight.

Not as useful as expected
While the idea is good, I found these couldn't hold under any pressure at all. they come unfastened easily.

Used them for many years.
Still works perfectly for buttons so they don't fall off in wash, to attach decorative things & take off easily before washing.
