Great device for converting RCA to HDMI!!
As someone who uses the RCA to HDMI Converter with HDMI and AV Cable on a rather infrequent basis, I am genuinely impressed with its ease of use and functionality. Setting up the device was a breeze; all I had to do was connect the RCA cables from my old VCR to the converter and then run an HDMI cable from the converter to my TV. The included cables made the setup process seamless, and within minutes, I was able to watch my old VHS tapes on my modern television. The device automatically upscales the video to either 720p or 1080p, which significantly enhances the viewing experience without any additional adjustments needed on my part. What stands out the most is the converter’s versatility and reliability. Despite using it infrequently, I have had zero issues with performance. It supports both PAL and NTSC formats, making it compatible with a variety of devices, which is a great bonus for someone like me who has an eclectic collection of old media. The video and audio quality are surprisingly good for a converter at this price point, and there was no noticeable lag or distortion during playback. Overall, this RCA to HDMI converter is an excellent solution for anyone looking to breathe new life into their old media with minimal hassle.Additionally, this device with work with about anything that has an RCA, Composite, or CVBS output.

Finicky, maybe not the one for you
If we had the option to return this we would (acquired through Amazon Vine). The signal translates, but often there is signal interruption or wavelines that really take away from the game you're trying to play.

Works
This converter seems reliable and works for converting digital optical audio signals to component output, such as from a TV to older audio equipment. It's an alternative to more expensive options found in major electronics stores. Some users could face issues if they fail to remove the tiny protective caps from their cables, which can lead to connection problems and no audio signal. These caps, which protect the polished optical ends, must be removed before use. The audio quality provided by this converter is fair for two-channel stereo, with no distortion detected. Users may need to adjust the PCM setting on their TV for compatibility. After several months of use, I'm still satisfied.

Works well
This is an analog to digital converter gadget that enables you to plug an ancient component video device into a modern TV or projector. The device measures approximately 2”x2”x0.75”. It requires plugged in power, which it gets through a USB mini to USB A cable. The cable is supplied, but you have to have your own transformer brick or USB A plug. For the signal, you plug a component video/audio cable (3 plugs, yellow, white, red) into the 3 ports of your legacy device and plug the other end of the cable into one side of this little box. On the other side of the box, you plug in an HDMI cable. You plug the far end of the HDMI cable into your modern device. The box does the complicated part of converting the analog signal into digital so that your modern device can read it and display your video. There is a little switch on the side of the converter that allows you to choose between 720p and 1080 p resolution.I am quite satisfied with the performance of this device. I am using it to plug in an old VCR player into my brand new Samsung TV so that I can watch my old VHS videos. Of course, the resolution of the videos is as crappy as it every was, but at least I can now watch them. The first time I connected up this device, I didn’t get a signal. I had to go back and test the VCR with a projector, determined that it worked, then reconnect all cables and the converter to my TV. The second time I connected, everything worked as it should, so I probably had a loose connection somewhere the first time around. In any case, I can now watch all my old Ernest videos, so I’m a happy camper, know what I mean? Overall, this device works well and is a great solution for keeping old technology alive.

Easy way to connect old devices to modern TVs.
The main reason why I got this was to capture some footage from old composite sources. The capture card I have doesn't have composite inputs. I got this to help me out with my problem. After using this for several hours, I can safely say that this works great. Even after I was done capturing footage, I was using it with my old game consoles. I didn't notice any latency while using this device with my TV. The weird thing is that it needs to be powered with the mini usb cable included. I wish it had a more modern usb input. But other than that, I was very happy using this product. If you need a very easy way to plug composite devices into your modern TV, this is a great product for you to get.

An RCA to HDMI adapter with everything you need
We purchased a new TV earlier this year. Unfortunately, it does not have any RCA inputs, so we weren't able to attach or Wii game console to it. I looked on Amazon for an RCA to HDMI adapter, and I found the Portta RCA to HDMI Converter. It had all the desired features, so I ordered it.The item arrived THE NEXT DAY! It was packaged in an Amazon padded bag and arrived undamaged. I opened the package and took out the contents: an RCA to HDMI adapter, a USB cable, an HDMI cable, and an extra A/V RCA cable, along with an instruction sheet. The installation was easy, and it took only a few minutes. You simply plug your RCA cable into the A/V RCA input jacks, the HDMI cable plugs into the HDMI port on the adapter and then into your TV's HDMI port, and the USB cable is used to supply power to the adapter. After installation, we fired up the Wii, selected the correct HDMI input on the TV, and presto -- we're able to play the Wii games again! I couldn't be happier with the results; it is exactly what we needed. This is a high-quality device, well thought out, and I highly recommend it.
