I got this for my husband's mother to use. She is disabled and uses wheelchair, so she lives in an assisted location. Also it can be easily maintained by us, the battery can be easily replaced for example. As a smartphone it offers all the features she could need. We took it to her today and visited, and showed her how to answer and access the features for calling us etc. She was so very excited, my husband even went out to the car and called her so she could practice and she was very happy with it. It is easy for her to hold and the screen is clear to see and she can operate it with no problems. For us this was a perfect solution to keep the family close, even when things are too hectic to visit often.
