I am impressed with this sturdy and cleanable whelping box
I raise Labradors and the 4'x4' whelping box is a perfect size. There is enough room to let the mom move around without walking on a pup. The puppy guard rail on the interior is a must for puppy protection. The sides of this whelping box are very cleanable compared to other boxes. The box goes together in a matter of minutes and is sturdy. I like the fact that you can open the access area in 3 panel section to make it easier for the mom to go in and out with 2 panels removed, but you can add one or two panels back as the puppies grow and begin to walk, the access in the middle of the side is nice and seems to keep the side mor stable. I have placed some duct tape on the bottom of the post areas to keep the walls locked together at the bottom in order to make it easier to lift the wall sections and push the whelping pad under the walls all around the outer edge. I had a broken rail attachment and emailed the company who immediately replaced it at no charge. I would clearly buy this a gain over others that i have.

Easy to assemble
Works well. Easy time assemble. Pigtails do not stay on and needed extra support added so they don't fall off. Fine for a smaller dog.

Poor design
The screws do not fit and or stay in the bottom part of the whelping box. I would not recommend it.

Love this! Best set up by far
Very easy to assemble! Super cute and perfect for my dog and her 4 baby pups.I highly recommend this. She’s had a litter before and I regret it giving her this nicer experience. If you’re on the fence about it cause it’s over $100 (like I was) don’t be! Your dog will love you for it!B

Wonderful Whelping Pen, but not perfect.
Very easy to assemble. It's the right size for our Havanese, which is not a big dog. Glad i didn't order smaller. It would be better if the "gate" could be removed without taking the pole tops off. Very inconvenient.

Size is wrong
This box is not compatible with the other whelping boxes on the market. Since it is actually 46x46 and not 48x48. Returned item.
