Water Filter Replacement for Berkey® BB9-2® Black Purification Elements, Activated Carbon Filters Compatible with Berkey Gravity Water Filtration System, Pack of 6

I recently purchased the Jabrissi NSF/ANSI 42 & 372 Standards Water Filter Replacement designed for the Berkey BB9-2. I was impressed by the quality of the materials used in its construction, which felt sturdy and reliable. The filter performed exceptionally well, effectively reducing contaminants and improving the taste of the water, just as I had hoped it would. Overall, it met all my expectations, and I found it to be a worthwhile investment. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to buy this filter replacement again in the future.

Excellent value, I've purchase from this seller several times and they are very good. One order was lost in shipping they sent another set and refused my payment. Class act.

Typically gravity water filters absorb water and slowly release the filtered water into the drinking reservoir. These filters work like a sieve. Water flows right through, in seconds. The first few cycles through the “filters” produced cloudy water. My well water is not cloudy when dispensed out of the faucet. I followed the sparse instructions for priming and installing into my Berkey. Disappointed but I got what I paid for.

I bought the 6 pack for my Berkey Traveler because I just can’t afford the B brand filters anymore. The instructions are printed on the side of the box and reference things that just don’t exist!They say place the washer and wing nut “as shown” but there’s no illustration.“Tan-colored rubber priming button” doesn’t exist…wasn’t included in my box (package).I used the one from my last package of Berkey Black filters.When I primed/rinsed the new filters, there was an alarming amount of “dust fines” from the exterior of the “purification element “.This does not instill the desire to purchase any more of these filters in the future.

The price was so low wasn’t sure they would be any good. Vey surprised to find they worked every bit as good as the much more expensive brand. Water tastes great, no funny after tast like some brands. Great buy, highly recommend them.

First time buying this product. Stems seem longer than other products, which I like.
