Love these can use on ankles or wrist.

These come packaged in a reusable zipper pouch for storage. I have small wrists, like a child’s, and worried that they may be too loose when Velcroed closed, but that was not the case. They fit me fine. The Velcro seems strong enough and didn’t loosen while exercising. I did try and take off one of the weights, and it was difficult to rethread. I had to get a butter knife in order to pry open and push the elastic back through. Annoying to do, but nice to have the option of cleaning/washing all the parts and also to lessen the weights, although really one pound each didn’t feel like I was adding anything. I suppose anything more than one pound would maybe hinder smooth movements or be too jarring and risk injury. Nice, comfortable weights.

This is my first time using these kind of ankle weights, and I don't find them to be the most comfortable. Ankle weights in general always seem to fall down and hurt the top of my foot, so these are no different. I like that the weight is adjustable - you can remove pieces or just disperse them evenly around your ankle or wrist. I like that these can be used as ankle weights or wrist weights. The velcro is nice and secure, and it came with a bag - albeit a very cheap zippered bag that is a tight fit for the weights and probably won't last long. I am happy to use these weights since they look just like most of the ankle weights on the market now.

Just got these XGOBHC ankle weights and they are really cool looking with the ridges. They came in a nice zippered carrying pack that will fit into my gym bag just great. This is a set of 2 (1lb Each), which are adjustable and can be used on my ankles or wrists. I can position the weights themselves to be comfortable around my ankles. I got these ankle weights to help burn a few extra calories while I am doing things around the house, and working out. I have other arm/ankle weights but they feel clunky, cumbersome, move around too much, or are itchy/scratchy. These are easy put on/take off, they are slim profile and do not interfere with stride or movement. The weights can be evenly distributed around the limb on the elastic. I wish they had ones that are 2 lbs each, because I would get those too.

I am very pleased with these wrist weights, I got them to add some resistance when playing VR games just to get that little bit more exercise in. They work great for what I needed them for, I can really feel a difference when playing beat saber, but they work amazing for playing thrill of the fight, a VR boxing game. I am able to strap them tight enough that they don't slide around while my arms are flailing, and the weight is evenly distributed around my wrists.

These are very good to add a new option to your workout. You can use on ankles or wrists.
