This tv box is great. Everything that was pictured was included. Customer service is top notch. They responded very quickly when I had questions and were extremely helpful. The box has all the sports channels along with local and those were my biggest things I wanted. I believe that this tv box is a really good value considering all you get with the package. The setup was easy and I think I’m going to enjoy this very much.

Just got our unit. It was quite simple to set up and use. Minor glitch at first resolved with quick consult via text with support. Great picture quality and access to all stations. I’m impressed so far. Quick response from tech support when I needed it.

The vSee Pro works well and the channel selection is outstanding. Installation was easier than expected. One quick call and tech support was immediate.A great option to multiple paid channel services.

A little challenging to figure it's functions but the picture and amount of stations are fantastic?

Easy to hookup, a little work to configure it, but great buy and awesome movies and sports.

everything's works great but voice control does not work on the remote

All included setup documentation was included (and followed) but I wasn't getting any audio. Their Saturday support (via text) was darn near immediate and was able to direct me to a possible solution right away. It worked and I was enjoying the equipment with in 5 minutes! As a 42-year tech veteran, I was very pleased with the speed and accuracy of their support (which is getting harder and harder to find in today's culture!) Thanks Guys!

Day 1: Very good step by step instructions. During set up I did run into an issue and received very timely and good customer support. That was very refreshing. Many channel options with a high quality video. Off to a great start!
