I've used these to replace old leaky valves on CPVC pipes for sinks and toilets. They work well, and easy to install - just remove (or cut off) the old valve, clean up the pipe with cleaner and/or sandpaper as needed, then push them on. Very easy. Now they do swivel very easily, which worried me a bit, but there seem to be no adverse consequences. No leaks.

Very easy installation very good value for the price. It is very good quality for a no name. The shut off works like it is supose to and very easy to turn.

I was hesitant to buy these, because they were less than half the cost of the name brand. As many people do, I'm trying to finish my project on a budget. The few reviews for these stop valves seemed pretty good. At least worth trying.The manufacturer provides no installation instructions on Amazon, so I messaged them for instructions. They replied back that they don't have installation instructions. I ended up researching other similar products, and found that stop valves either push on the pex a half inch or 1 inch. Not knowing how far this product pushes on to PEX, I marked a half inch line and a 1 inch line from the end. I ended up pushing the pex on a half inch, but I was able to pull it back off by hand. After pushing the stop valve on as far as I could towards the one inch line, I was unable to pull it back off by hand. FYI. This product didn't come with the removal clip either.The project I use them for was for a new washer hookup in the basement and bathroom sink and toilet hook up in the basement. Just to be sure I had a good seal, I had to scrape off the paint with my fingernails from painting the walls, and a wet rag on the PEX tube. I read not to use solvents or anything abrasive on PEX because it may affect the plastic and not have a good smooth seal.What I learned: these stop valves will fit on 1/2 inch PEX or copper lines. They push on between a half inch and 1 inch depth. Valves are ball valves, and are quarter turn to turn them on or off. I had to clean the PEX tubing from any debris for a good seal. The valves spin all the way around freely after pushed on, so you can accommodate the water line more easily that will connect to it. The manufacturer does not include the plastic clip to remove these after installed. Nor does the manufacturer include any type of installation instructions with the product. Once your water line is prepped, installation is a breeze by pushing the stop valve on, then you're done.After a couple hours of installing, I have no leaks. I would definitely recommend this product. I don't suggest having an expectations of support from the seller/manufacturer. They're pretty standard, so you should be able to find answers online by looking at other products similar to this. Best of luck to you all.

I had the hot water line wouldn't shut so hard to replace so just did both. Works perfect

Much easier that using solder joints or pex

Always good to have extra valves on hand.

I thought I could do it myself. But it leaked. Finally I had to get a plumber to replace it. I was not happy.
