First let me start by saying that I am not usually a fan of massagers. I am always looking for something to help with my neck stiffness and pain. Since I ordered and started using the Bob and Brad Back and Neck Massager I have changed my way of thinking. The unit is very easy to use right out of the box. It comes with a comfort cover, which I find very nice to use especially when working my neck area. And it can be set for massaging with or without heat. There are also two different settings (directions) for the massage rollers inside the unit that provide a different feel/experience.Honestly, this thing is wonderful. In the short time that I have had it, I have already noticed it helping my neck soreness. I put on my relaxing music or set up for a meditation session, turn on the back and neck massager and the rest is history. I love it so much I have already recommended to friends and family to try.The only suggestion I would have to improve the product, would be to make a slightly longer cord or better yet, make it rechargeable. It’s not a game changer, but in my opinion, could only make the unit better.

This massager has been a great help for my back—it’s made a noticeable difference in relieving tension and soreness. I did have an issue with my original unit, but when I contacted the manufacturer, they responded quickly and handled the situation professionally. They acknowledged the problem and sent me a replacement massager promptly. The new one works perfectly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Great product and excellent customer service!

I love the back and neck massager!!! It simulates a massage very well if you prefer a medium-strong pressure. However, after about 3 months it started making a loud clicking sound on 2 of the 4 settings. I contacted customer service and they replied promptly and send me a replacement immediately. They then reached out to make sure I received it and offered me a warranty. Excellent customer service!!!

Really good product! Finally a wonderful massage machine you NEED this at home. It helps you relax day and night. The pressure is perfect for anyone 100lbs-200lbs. We love this and definitely refer this! 10 Stars!

Decent Massager with Potential, but Has Some DrawbacksI recently purchased the BOB AND BRAD Back and Neck Massager with Heat and, after using it for a while, I have mixed feelings about its performance. There are definitely some things I like about it, but also a few drawbacks that hold it back from being a great product.Starting with the positives, the massager does a good job of targeting sore muscles in the neck and upper back areas. The heat function is a nice addition and, once it warms up, it really helps to loosen up tight spots and improve circulation. I also appreciate the variety of speed and intensity settings, which make it easy to adjust the massage to your preference. The controls are simple and user-friendly, so you don’t have to struggle to switch modes in the middle of a session.The massager is also fairly compact and lightweight, making it convenient to use at home or move around different parts of the body. The straps that allow you to hold and adjust the pressure are a smart design choice, making it easier to get a targeted massage without too much effort.However, there are a few significant downsides. For one, the massage nodes are quite hard, which can make the massage feel a bit too intense and even painful at times—especially if you’re sensitive to pressure. Even on the lowest setting, the nodes can dig in a bit too much, making it difficult to fully relax. I think it would benefit from a softer padding option or adjustable node firmness.Another issue is the noise level. When the massager is on, it’s noticeably loud, which can be distracting if you’re trying to unwind, watch TV, or listen to music during a session. The heat function, while useful, also takes a bit longer than I’d like to warm up completely, which can be frustrating if you’re short on time.The design could also use some improvements. It works well for the neck and upper back, but it’s tricky to position properly for the lower back without a lot of adjusting and repositioning. A more versatile shape or additional straps might help solve this problem.Overall, the BOB AND BRAD Back and Neck Massager with Heat isn’t a bad product—it has potential, especially if you like a firmer, more intense massage. However, the hard nodes, noise level, and design limitations keep it from being an all-around winner. With a few adjustments, it could be a lot better. For now, I’d say it’s a decent option but not a must-have.

I have the cordless massager, and I love how I can keep it focused on one spot until I’m ready to position it elsewhere. Highly recommend!!!

UPDATE: 5/2025 B&B customer service replaced the massager and I am very happy with both their service and the new item. It seems to work much better than the previous one - only time will tell about how long it will last. Thank you customer service for standing behind your product.UPDATE: 4/2025 Bob and Brad Co. reached out and offered me a complete refund for my item. They have redeemed their customer service in my opinion and I do appreciate that.Do not buy! It never worked properly and now just 5 months old it won’t turn on. It was very “glitchy” to begin with and when I emailed with support they told me I had to video the problem. Not sure how I was supposed to do that when some days it would wok for 10 minutes and other days it wouldn’t even turn on. Support was useless and that’s disappointing when I respected Bob & Brad and thought the extra money for their product would be a better purchase. Save your money!
