This was a Christmas Present to myself self. Everyone who visits is inspire by this wall fireplace. I have wanting one for three years. The lights are beautiful and the hear sustains me. I just love it.....

Quite smaxing
It took us a while to install but thatโs because we had to cut thru tongue and groove, sheet rock and wall studs. But truly the fireplace is a breeze to install. It works just as described and would definitely recommend to anyone. Flame is no noise and the fan is whisper quiet.

This is an overall amazing product. I don't see what others are talking about as far as the noise level, it's very low. I love this product and would buy again

The fireplace was great but disappointed with the lack of heat.
The fireplace was great and easy to install, however I was disappointed with the heater. It was very faint even with the fan turned to high and at 99 degrees (constantly on)

Product defective
After removing the glass to test the fireplace, I noticed that the plastic screen is buckled. It sttmes to be cut incorrectly so it won't fit in place. I'm hoping the seller will authorize a return.Update!!! The seller is sending a return label and refunding my purchase. They were quick to resolve this issue, so I'm increasing the stars from two to three. I hope they will continue to improve on QA before sending out products.
