After a car accident in 2009 I always had neck problems and sometimes I was waking up due to headache or stiff neck. I wish I discovered this pillow earlier. When it arrived I immediately began using it. It totally changed my sleep. First - after two weeks the swelling at the bottom of neck it completely gone. My sleep is deeper and much more rested than before. No more stiff neck in the morning. I am comfortable no matter how I sleep: on my back or on either side. Also I love that I can place my hand comfortably and don’t need to think where I put it. This totally worth the price I paid. Probably the best money spent this year. Pillow quality is superior. Design is perfect. Also I love a cooling effect of the cover. I was worried that my sensitive skin won’t appreciate the contact with this pillow, but I actually like the feeling of my face touching this pillow.

This pillow was excellent while recuperating from cervical radiculopathy. It has prevented me from sleeping in a way that irritated my neck further. I continue to use it as it provides the proper support and positioning. It has higher and lower sides to accommodate people of different sizes. I'm 5' and use the lower side comfortably.

I purchased this in hope my neck and shoulder pain would ease. Last night was the first night used. When I removed the pillow from the package it puffed up okay just not as big as pictured and seemed much smaller than pillow in video for this product so that was kinda disappointing. I let it sit a few hours before use in hope it would expand a bit more but it didn't lol.Anyways I slept on it and it is comfortable, at least a lot more comfortable than the $10 regular pillows at your local stores. It did help ease neck pain and did support it well just not as well as I was expecting..I will use this for a short time in hopes I find a different brand that's more comfortable. Overall good purchase for now.

The way this pillow is made it is not good for side sleeping. Only purchase this if your a back sleeper. Fortunately for me I'm both so it worked out fine. But whenever I sleep on my side. I always wake up on another pillow. Likely because it just doesn't work for side sleeping.You can kinda make it work laying on the side of the pillow. For me that works kinda because I put my arm under my pillow when I side sleep. But just putting this flat on the mattress, it's totally not for sleeping on your side. It's not comfortable if I just slap it on the bed and turn on my side no arm under it or anything. But laying on your back like I said isn't bad.I gave this 3 stars because it isn't what was advertised and is not for side sleeping in any way.

Order the gray one not the white one because I wish I had realized how the white one shows dirt and stains. Can’t put a pillow case on it to keep it clean because then you can’t put your arms under the side slots. I want the gray one!! Best pillow I have ever bought! 5 stars for best sleep but one stay for how it shows stains.

But instead of just buying one for himself, he insisted that the entire kingdom buy one for themselves too. When the pillow arrived, he already had doubts. But he was afraid of looking bad in front of his people, so he started sleeping on the pillow. Night after night, he woke up with increasing neck and back pain. The pillow was just terrible. But he stood up straight, and walked proudly through town. As he walked by the houses, the people. whose neck and back also were in the worst shape of their lives, also stood up straight and complimented the emperor on his new pillow.The moral of this story: it's ok to right a bad review about the stupidest pillow ever made.First off, I was totally convinced by all the videos I watched. However, this pillow does not do what the videos say it does. First, people come in different sizes. When I first opened the box, and this little pillow fell out, I knew immediately that this pillow was sized for a child. I bought a queen sized pillow, so I assumed that the misunderstanding was with me. But night after night, I would wake up with knots in my neck and back. After the fifth night, the pain was so bad that I nearly had my wife take me to the ER. The pillow can't support the neck because the distance from the base of the pillow to the top of the pillow is less then the distance from the edge of my shoulder to the base of my neck. How can a pillow support my neck if it doesn't match the measurements of your body? Second, the videos claim that the pillow matches the angle of your spine, so that you won't sleep in strange angles. Put the top of the pillow is essentially parallel with the surface of the bed. If you're like me, your hips are a different width than your shoulders. As such, your spine isn't parallel to the bed when you sleep on your side. but, the pillow doesn't account for this. Third, the pillow is too small to wrap your arms round it. The images you see of people with their arms wrapped comfortably around the pillow have clearly been altered the pillow just isn't big enough for any of that.Long story short, this pillow did nothing to improve my sleep. But it did everything to make my neck and back much worse. I have been awake for eight hours now, and my neck and back still ache. I will not be sleeping on this pillow again.

Great pillow! The pillow has helped my neck and lower back as it keeps a good posture on the spine. I was surprised it worked well and ended up buying an additional one. Well worth it.

Never thought I’d write a good review for a cervical anything, let alone a pillow. I’ve had two levels of my cervical spine fused and I get bad headaches and a lot of upper back muscle tension and spasms. I also sleep in the worst possible positions for my neck. This pillow has been Incredible. It’s not the shape for your arms, it’s the material and height. Most cervical pillows are too firm and too high. It’s so soft and comfortable. If I were to change anything I would just make the pillow a rectangle (taking out the arm cutouts) with everything else the same. It doesn’t matter though. I never thought I’d find a pillow I really like and that helps. I am not getting anything for this review and I do NOT review something unless it’s great or if it’s horrible.
