This is a great nVME - the off brand cuts down on the brand name tax. I'm using this in a dual M2 unit in RAID 0 mode. It does heat up, as would any M2 4TB nVME but this is a great addition to my myriad of external storage devices hooked up to my Mac (M1 Max).Highly recommended.Always, Always backup!!!

Very fast read/write speeds and my older MSI b550m PRO-VDH wifi MB recognized the storage immediately just needed to format. You will need a m.2 gen4 slot on your MB

Got the 1TB on sale and so far it is great. Shipped fast and received 1 day earlier than expected. Install was simple. Just plug in, secure and format. Pretty straight forward on the PS5.

This SSD is fairly middle of the road for my standards. I would say that it's a decent card, but I do worry about its longevity. After a few months of usage I will be running a diagnostic test on it to see how many nodes are burnt out and how long it has left in it. If I find that the results are favorable, then I will be happy with it. If the results show premature wear and reduced longevity, then I will update everyone so you can make an informed decision on whether to purchase or not.

Meine Erwartungen waren daher eher gering, insbesondere da ich bereits eine Samsung 980 und 990 Pro in meinem ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-H installiert habe – starke Konkurrenz!Beim Auspacken machte das Produkt jedoch einen wertigen Eindruck. Ein Schraubenzieher lag bei, den ich allerdings nicht benötigte. Der Einbau und die Initialisierung liefen problemlos.Die angegebene Lesegeschwindigkeit von bis zu 7300 MB/s wurde zwar nicht ganz erreicht, aber mit 6300 MB/s kann sich die SSD durchaus sehen lassen. Auch die Schreibgeschwindigkeit von 3020 MB/s ist beeindruckend und übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Zum Vergleich: Die 980 Pro schafft 6800 MB/s beim Lesen und 4950 MB/s beim Schreiben. Zugegeben, das ist ein unfairer Vergleich, aber die Fikwot muss sich definitiv nicht verstecken.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Preis: Die Fikwot SSD ist um die Hälfte günstiger als meine 980 Pro. Das macht sie zu einer attraktiven Option für alle, die auf der Suche nach einer leistungsstarken M.2 SSD sind, ohne dabei das Budget zu sprengen. 500GB ist zwar nicht mehr Zeitgemäß, wird aber für viele Anwender ausreichen.Insgesamt kann ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen! Cuanto mayor sea la generación de PCIe y el número de carriles utilizados (x4 es común), mayor será la velocidad teórica máxima soportada.Lo probé de 2 maneras, una a través de una conexión externa/soporte NVMe M.2 mediante cable a un puerto USB 3.0 de la PC, y la segunda instalada directamente en la ranura NVMe M.2 de la placa base de la PC no muy actual.Es posible que el SSD conectado al PC no aparezca en el monitor (No asignado), teniendo que entrar en "Administración de discos" y asignarlo/formateándolo en NTFS.Debido a diferencias en el protocolo y la interfaz, los SSD M.2 NVMe suelen ser más rápidos que los que utilizan el protocolo SATA, lo que se puede observar en las pruebas realizadas (fotos y video adjuntos).No sé si en mi caso además de la antigüedad del PC, los puertos SATA5 y SATA6 ocupados por otros dispositivos condicionaron la velocidad del SSD, pero lo que sí puedo decir es que este M.2 alcanzó unos 730MBs de velocidad media de lectura/escritura, siendo un 63% más rápido que uno de los SSD SATA (460MBs) que tengo conectados.En resumen, para obtener la máxima velocidad de un SSD M.2, es fundamental que tanto la placa base como otros componentes del sistema (la CPU) sean compatibles y estén configurados adecuadamente para aprovechar al máximo la interfaz y la velocidad del SSD M.2 instalado.
