The Banneton Sourdough bread kit is just wonderful! It truly has everything included. (see pic) The proofing basket is 9 inches round. It includes a manual that explains what each item in the kit is to be used for and includes a simple pamphlet of 3 recipes. Easy to clean and maintain.

The dough whisk works great and gets my dough ready for kneading in no time. The brush is just your standard brush. The scraper is handy for tidying up my work area when I’m finished. I haven’t really used the metal scraper yet, but I’ll likely give it a go at some point!
