Great design. Well made.
Weekend trip to New York City. Carry on compact from Train station to subway. Rolled smooth on NYC sidewalks. Easy to convert from rolling bag to back pack carry. Comfortable as a back pack carry even with the large wheels. Love the wheel cover. Lots of pockets. Sleek design. Love it.

Large wheels are great. Seems very durable.
Large wheels make it much more useful and stable, especially in snow and slush. They are quiet. Fabric seems to repel water as advertised. I like all the extra features like the built-in wheel cover. Backpack straps are decent. If I use it as a carry-on, they could be helpful. I use it to carry a lot of files, etc. Main compartment easily holds a lot of standard file folders and 2 laptops. The 18” model was perfect. Extra pockets are nice and padded. Only complaint is I wish the main compartment had a bigger zipper so it could open up more. Still very accessible. Would highly recommend.

Love the wheeld
Large wheels handle well over uneven surfaces. Large wheels takeup some inside storage space i did get the smaller bag. I go all around boston on and off trains no issues. Love the pullout mesh drink holders holds 20 punce and the other holds umbrella. Best bag eva

Perfect for a student
Finally found the perfect bag for a college student! Other bags in the market are two bulky or more of a carry on for travel. This is perfect for me as a student. The wheels have been amazing on stairs. There are thoughtful details like interlocking zippers that have a loop for a small lock, as well as compartments for organization, including an RFID pocket. Personally, I love the stow-able cup pouches and that there are two (one on each side). It fits my 32 oz owala water bottle, as well as a 24 oz straw cup without issues. Rating with 4 stars for now. Only con is that I wish the front pocket (not the main compartment) also had a lock feature.

Rolling Backpack that is tough.
This rolling backpack and really saved my back. It is easy to use, stores a ton of stuff, and is tough.

love the bigger wheels
The large wheels make it easier to haul my laptop and iPad to class and all the other things I need to teach my class. Build quality seems fine. I

Wheel wells limit internal storage
It's a good bag, but the wheel wells greatly limit how much you can put in the larger pocket. I couldn't even fit a 3-ring notebook inside. Bag needs to be about 3 inches wider.
