...know this: there is a piece of plastic that if it breaks will cause the unit to not work. Enclosed are 2 pictures. I bought this and it worked great for almost 2 months, but I noticed it started becoming harder to push in the food drawer. Then one day it stopped working (just as I was going to write my initial review). I contacted the seller- GreenPan and after providing the relevant info they very graciously and expediently sent me a replacement. That impressed me to no end.My review of the product itself is that it is TERRIFIC. The ceramic interior cleans easily and cooks efficiently.But I cannot stress enough- do not force the food tray in any way. Put some cooking grease around the edge pictured to prevent any need to use force to avoid making the mistake I did. That chip (that I did not notice until the replacement arrived for comparison) was enough to stop the unit from working.So my review gives both 5 stars to the company, Green Pan that sells it for their extremely professional response and for the operation of the air fryer itself.

So happy with my perchase, its functionality and ease of use is fantastic. It cooks great, i didn’t expect it to be for the cost! The knobs are preferred, I like the mechanical side of it instead of struggling to tap buttons on a half broken touch screen like others.

My favorite air fry I’ve tried! It’s simple to use and cooks very well! It leaves your food nice and crispy without all the oil of regular frying. The non stick surface makes clean up super easy. The dial knobs make not fussy if setting temp and time.

Works great, cute color, and cleans easily. Do wish the number by Dials were easier for old eyes to see..but simple and cooks food..

Easy to use and clean. I researched air fryers looking for a healthier Ceramic PFAS-Free model and THIS IS THE ONE! Highly recommend.

So far so good! I have used it three times and my items were perfectly cooked per instructions on packaging. The color of my fryer is more of a mauve than pink, but it is pretty. There are no bells and whistles, just a straight up air fryer, which is what I needed. I highly recommend this fryer if that is all you are looking for.

I like that this air fryer is non toxic. It isn't digital. It is very hard to set the time and temperature accurately. I use my phone timer to set the time.
