So I ordered 2 of these to use in place of chafing dishes and I have to say, they are a game changer! They kept 4 half trays of food nice and hot (and I'm sure with a little finagling I could've fit more) and it was as simple as roll them out and plug them in. I did put microfiber dish drying mats under them because they get HOT and I was worried about my quartz countertop. At the end of the evening I wiped them down with a soapy sponge and they were good as new. I'm giving this a 5 star review, but I must say: while one of them operated flawlessly, on the other the plug would not seat properly into the mat and kept falling out. Twice I noticed the power light was out before I figured out what was going on. I was able to get it to stay put so I could use it, but that one will be going back. But I WILL replace it. These mats worked GREAT, and storage is a FRACTION of storing chafing dishes - - and no need to buy canned fuel.

So I got this because we were hosting a party in our house and saw a lot of people saying this was a great product to use and they were not wrong, first it looks classy the color is like the picture and looks elegant not like a random mat, great quality it does the work perfectly the size was perfect for what I needed and I found another used for it with my sourdough bread honestly it is a good product for the price and easy to use.

As I am using this warming mat I am thinking of all of the ways it can come in handy. In the center of the table for serving guests for example. Bringing it with me to a pot luck and being able to keep the food warm. So many uses that I expect to use it often. Good value for the money and looks and feels like it'll last a long time.
