Good value if it had all the parts.
I put it all together and was very pleased with what I had got for the money! Until I tried to put together the coffee table. This was missing 4 parts. The company sent me some screws even when I’d listed them the exact part number. Will hopefully be sent the right parts soon. Their communication is daily prompt which is good.Edit- changed to 5 star as the customer service was excellent!

That if I had chosen to return the set I would have been expected to pay the cost of return.
I love the chairs and sofa of my set, they meet all my expectations of sturdiness and comfort. Unfortunately I am not keen on the fact that the table has a tempered glass top and would not have chosen this set if I had realised that

Disappointing
We ordered this back in March . Initially, we were relatively pleased with it. There was some marks of fresh blood on some of the cushions but these could be mostly wiped off. The cushions aren't particularly thick But then, you aren't on them for long periods of time. But when my husband picked up the table, to his horror, the glass exploded. Not in the usual safety glass manner some of was fine because of the plastic backing some of it didn't shatter and some parts were like along piece of glass. had anyone else bee in the garden they could have been injured.

Looks great, very comfortable and looks expensive. Assembly would have been easier with two people but I did manage it on my own.

Great Service
My furniture arrived in super quick time, it was easy to assemble but one of the arms and leg on the chair had been bashed and scratched. I contacted Outsunny and I can't speak more highly of how fair they were in replacing the chair. I would not hesitate in ordering from them again. I am so happy with my purchase.
