I really enjoy using the inversion table everyday.I take a couple minutes off each day and invert.my back pain totally disappears. thank you teeter.

This inversion table is fantastic. Well worth the investment. It is very very difficult to stretch your lower spine without hanging upside down, and when you do, it feels like blessed relief. I've had problems with a degenerative disk in my lower back and 10 minutes a few times a week on the table is providing enormous benefit - virtually back to full strength after just a few weeks of use and I'm hopeful that using the table will help the disk repair itself. I'm not aware of any proper medical evidence that it can do this or, if it can, what timescales to expect, but from the way my back is responding it feels like healing is taking place. I've no experience of other inversion tables, which I'm sure would also work well, but I'd have no hesitation in recommending this one. It is well built, strong and stable, easy to use. It does require a lot of room and can't be used with very low ceilings, however.
