Well,,, After trying a couple that did not seem to want to fit or work at all, I thought they were fake pieces of plastic with no connections inside, lol. But I finally got one to snap in very snugly on the C end , and doesn't go all the way in on the Micro end, but works fine. Luckily C connections can go any which way, because you really have to force the C male end into female connection on the phone. I was worried I was going to damage the phone, so kept giving up thinking they didnt fit. The metal casing actually isnt the perfect oval like a C connector should be. It almost looks a little like the Micro shape. But it still fits in the opening, so I figured as long as it fits over the C connector prong inside, I wasn't worried about the less than perfect shape of the housing. But i really had to abandon any concerns about daming the connection on the phone side and just push hard and force it to finally snap in. They are then also pretty hard to get back out! I've now gotten 2 of the 6 to snap in, and will eventually try the rest again. But the micro female side does not make a snug fit with the male Micro connection on the end of the old cable. I tried one that fit flsh housing to housing,, but the rest only accept the Micro end so that it sits kind of half way out no matter how hard you try to push it all the way in. But seems to work fine as long as the C side has been snapped all the way in to the phone.

When trying to use these USB-c adapters I found there is polarity on them. If they were true USB-c connectors/adapters there would be no polarity and they would work regardless of which direction/polarity they were plugged in. If you don't have the direction/polarity correct we get an error message on the cellphone and no charging happens. We haven't tried data transfer yet but I surmise there will be polarity restrictions here as well, if they will transfer data at all.

They are fine adapters, when they work. Out of the three I've used so far, one didn't work. I tried it on a different cable and a different device and it didn't work. When I used another one from the set it worked fine.

This was an inexpensive, quick, easy, smart solution. Product works well and allows fast charging to flow through the adapter when used with a fast charging cable, as it should. After having several products with mico-USBs throughout the years especially fast charging, expensive Samsung chargers, I didnt want to buy new phone chargers to use with the Samsung S9 which takes the C charger. I am a person with a charger in every room and at work, in the car and on me. Thanks for creating this awesome product, I saved a lot of money by not buying new chargers. Now I want to find adapters for all old chargers such as reg USB. I like that thr adapters are available in black and/or white (in smaller quantity) and that they give you an extra one as a gift. Nice surprise.

I picked these adapters up after my old Samsung got dropped off the roof and my wife and I got the S9's. They do exactly what they say. My only complaint is that when I unplug it from my new phone, the adapter tends to stay in the phone. I've tried to remove it a couple of different ways, but the micro USB side tends to come disconnect from the cable easier then the USB-c side from the phone.

I have a bunch of quality, braided cords of varying brands and lengths for when I had an older model phone. I just upgraded recently and now none of my old cords fit my new phone. I found these adapters and they were very reasonably priced, so I have them a shot. They work just fine. Haven't had any issues with them. Now I don't have to replace all of my old cords!

I am already ordering this for the second time (Unfortunately they get lost sometimes). It is very convenient that you do not need to take two cables with you. It is enough to have an adapter. It works well.

Works perfectly for charging, havnt tried data transfer yet but for charging purposes it works as advertised.

Bought many cables off ebay in the past which did not work / work properly. Tested all of these and they work well.

I use these to convert ordinary micro USB cables into a charger for my new iPad Pro 11 inch (USB C). They work great!
