Too expensive
I was not made aware by Amazon that the product only lasts 2 weeks and that I would have to pay full price to renew it every 2 weeks.

You maybe be able to get first sensor+patch on NHS
They are expensive. Research needed first, quite difficult to fathom out what is needed. The waterproof patches to hold the sensors in place are a separate tem to buy. My son has Diabetes Type 2 and we were in a puzzlement as to how they operate. He was able to get one patch via NHS nurse who also had access to the readings. That solved the queries. He has found the sensor just amazing in monitoring his blood sugar. He went to buy a second one from local chemist £62 for one with patch! I am thinking that once you get used to really understanding what you can and can't eat, you won't need them regularly.
