16FT Dehumidifier Drain Hose 3/4 Inch FHT Connection (Black, 16FT)

I wanted a drainage hose for my new Frigidaire dehumidifier to save having to empty the water container every 24 hours. I purchased this drainage hose because it was described as 3/4 inch. The hose is actually 1/2 inch. The box also includes a roll of tape, no instructions. I will be returning this product.

This is the third one I purchased, had to return the first two because they both leaked, so far this one works perfect - NO LEAKS!

We use this in our large garage as a dehumidifier drain hose.. It's solid construction, rigid but still flexible . Connection to the dehumidifier is tight with no leaks.

Hose included was not long enough for our basement .

I used the included thread tape and tightened the hose and after a day my Hisense dehumidifier was showing full. I tried removing the inside washer as my previous hose did not have one and never leaked (upgraded for longer length). So I will still use the hose to extend my original setup so not a complete loss. The material does seem quality, but the fitting did not work with my machine
