Great work light for homeowner remodel and repair projects! Meets the definition of both "Good & Cheap!"

These are very bright and light up a large area. I was surprised how hot they get though being LED.My only complaint is they should have run the cord from the back rather than the front. I could take them apart and reverse it if it bugs me too much.

Light weight and bright! you can turn one flood light on or multiple. Pick what you need.

I assembled it and went to lift it to move it and the pipes and adjuster clamps pulled right out. Looks like 97% of the glue applied didn't stick to anything. The lights are actually very bright. I will attempt a JB weld repair.

Decided on gettin another one of these 3-head work lights for the shop here since u can never have enuff light and with all the newer style led types currently available - its been an on-going process of 'shut down' time for the halogen/flourescent/cfl types for good. SO upon arrival - this ones boxed up well - nothing missing - each part packged securely to protect during transit. This one only took maybe 20min to put it all together since most of it already was or simply screws together then just adding the included hardware consisting of 5 knobbed screws to install the individual heads and their removable crossbar to the stand - done. I do have another 3-head here very similar to this one I got about 6 months ago. The review on that one had been posted soon afterwards and it did at that time recieve a 5-star' rating. SO a detailed comparison only makes for that much better of a review here and final result for judgement as to which is the more preferrable choice. That ones seen some usage since then - its tripod base adjustment knob of plastic having broken (split) after only a few adjustments. Othertwise its been a good light setup.That setups specs were as follows : each head rated '50w' (150w total) - 5000Lumen (15000 total) - 6500Kelvin (color temp) which is a bright white. Its adjustable post had also extended from 36" (3 ft) up to 72" (6 ft) ... that is from ground to top of center lights handle (handles in up position). Now to compare all the specs of this new one here. Each head rated at '70w'(210w total) - 7000Lumen (21000 total) - 6500Kelvin (color temp) same bright white. As for the extension : this one extends from 48" (4 ft) up to 70" (5' 10") ... same from ground to top of center lights handle (handles in up position).Here r all the differences found : The light setup here being reviewed has a higher rated power output. And yes - can verify each head is a tad brighter thou the actual lens chip area inside the head covers a smaller area ( 3" by 2" vs. the others 4" by 2 1/4" ) the diff I view between both when all on is this one produces more of a spot while the other broadcasts out a bit more as a flood - thou that diff is very minimal. Also the head hardware mounts thru into the head housings of this one ... the other the bolts mount 'up to against' the heads. The center removal post that holds the 3 heads is a 2-piece unit on this one ... the other is a stand alone single piece. The post - this one has a thicker diameter base post and shorter tube length for rise - also had 3 seperate 6" posts that r installed into the tripods leg posts ... the other didnt. Each leg of this one is 20" in length while the other is only at 16" ... which makes a diff in overall stability and yes ... this one is a tad more stable - especially when lights r fully extended. Both light setups have what seems to b the exact same cord and of same 15ft in length with 3-prong grounded plug ends.As for all the similarities found aside from their cords : both have individual on/off buttons located on underside of all light heads. The width of the removable crossbar r the same at 28".Final results of the comparison : even IF all numerical power ratings r inflated - its of no personal consequence - the new one here outsines the other setup. The heads adjust n hold the adjustments better on this one due to that fact the thumbscrews install 'into' the housings instead of 'against' them. The 2-piece crossbar of this one only helps in storage since u can break it down more as does the tripod with its 3-xtra pieces also being removable which did aid in making this new light setup more stable than the other.As for warranties ... this one is stated as '3 year' in the listing - thou 2 year' in its instruction booklet ... the other had no warranty info presented. AND along with the fact that this one is currently listed $5 bidenbux$ less than the other on Amazon. It's pretty obvious by now that the overall better light setup in this comparison is "this 3-head work light setup". Thou there r many varities of work lights currently available - still hope this helps a bit in the decision dept. - know it's given me a better perspective on the subject.

Repeat after me, "the cords go out the BACK of the light, not the front". 15 minutes later and we're good to go. My pet peeve about having to rewire the power cord (take off the screws and pull the wire out the other side), here is what I like about this light package.1. on the tripod or on the ground. I like the option to have these sitting on the ground v. on the tripod. The tripod is too easy to tip over in a busy work environment.2. landing light bright - all three pointed in your eyes is a blinding opportunity (and don't stare at the sun either!)3. variable height tripod, but I typically use it just below its max height, so it's a soft win.4. water resistant and a 3 prong cord, so a bit safer for use out on the deck.5. heats the room for you - 3x50w - these things do get warm/hot - not something you expect from LED lights, but they are bright and bright means heat.

This unit cost $76 at the time I placed my order. I’ve spent considerably more on lesser work lights so I considered the item a bargain at the time. The cost has since dropped to $60 making this an exceptional value. Dubious wattage claims aside, this setup produces more than enough light for my needs. Tripod height and head adjustability is flexible and straight forward. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the item and would likely order it again.

This is one of those things that you don't realize you need until you have it handy. I almost always put on a headlamp when I'm working in the garage, driveway, backyard, etc. Having this thing handy is nice. Just move it over, plug it in and bam: working in good light. I like the adjustability and amount of light. It's not super portable, but great for working in one spot.
