Cheese and more Cheese. If you make Mac and cheese buy this. I used some and then transferred the rest to a glass bowl, it kept for 2 weeks with no mole on it and the macaroni added a different cheese very delicious.

Delicious and actually quite universal for making different sauces

Did some "rebel canning" with this by putting in 1/2 pint jars. Now have always available for a quick batch of nachos,etc..can dress it up with chopped chilies or Rotel for other options. Would definitely do it again.

Simply isn't anything. I have no idea who even thought this is a food product. It's is basically a thick white goo, seems a little over salted to me. I suggest you simply save your money and your taste buds.2-28-24: I wrote the Company, Nestle, about my disappointment with this product and they were nice enough to respond. But like I said, I don't want a refund, etc. but simply wanted them to know that I was disappointed in this product, but because of it's "low" cost, I had low expectations in the first place. I feel what I want is going to cost much more than what I paid for this product. I basically leaving this review for others who are contemplating of using this in their home for cooking etc. to be aware that it would not be my choice.3-1-24: Nestle is sending me a refund, though I told them I didn't need a refund. I am truly impressed with this company. Though I didn't like the product at all, they have been nothing but professional and they have earned a loyal customer from me because of it. I will look at this company in a very positive way from now on and will buy their products in the future if they fit my needs. Thank you Nestle!
