Fun battling robots
two sets of RC robots, durable, can take a beating. Both the robots and the RCs take A LOT of batteries so don't forget to order those as well!

Ok toy for the $$
The media could not be loaded. Compared to other similar battling robots on Amazon, these are half the price for 2 robots. The other robots are sold individually and appear identical to these. Others may come with rechargeable batts, but for $40 difference I’ll buy alkaline batts. These robots are fast and powerful. They really move. They move forward/backward and spin around very fast. They make sounds too. They take 4x AA batts each plus 2x AA batts in the remote. Total 12x AA batts.Cons: the poseable arms may not stay in position to punch the opponent robot in the right place to dislodge the head, like the old Rokem Sockem toy. We had one robot with a flimsy arm that kept dropping. We’re returning this set for a replacement coming soon. I hope it’s better. Also, the 2 robots have a small weapon attachment on one arm for appearance. It has no function. One wears a small shield, the other a small knife. The shield only secured by a small plastic peg, the shield broke off with the peg when it hit something while spinning around. Otherwise, a fun toy for the kids.

Should have had rechargeable batteries
These are basically rockem sockem robots but actual robots instead of just two stationary pieces of plastic that were more like puppets than actual robots. These can be controlled like an RC car and you can chase each other around and attack each other as robots. The biggest issue that I had with these was that you need so many AA batteries and they don't last very long at all. I understand maybe having AA for the remotes cause they don't use that much power but each robot should have had rechargeable batteries. It's actually kind of difficult to get them to punch each other, but it is really fun trying. At full price these seem a little expensive, but if you can get them on sale they are pretty fun as long as you pick up some rechargeable batteries to go with them.

Best Toy I Have Seen In Years
The media could not be loaded. The heads pop off of these with the death blow to the chest. There are two excellent fighting bots here. The only part I don't like is that it takes 12 batteries to work them all—two for the remote and four for the robot. They both come with shields, too. Remotes work well, as do bots, but they need a tough, flat floor to roll on.

Defective/Not good quality
One of the robot’s head very difficult to detach and the other robot’s head comes off easily. This defeats the purpose of the toy. Poor quality.

Ok, a bit cheap
We picked these up for my kids to kill some time on the weekends and initially they were very excited for them. The idea of them is very cool and they were chomping at the bit to get batteries into them and play with them.Once they were setup they seemed fine, the small remote controls work ok, not the best, but we've certainly used worse and less responsive controls. The little robots themselves were kind of cool to look at but a bit cheap feeling and flimsy and a bit confusing on getting them set up.Once they were using them the kids enjoyed them for a bit and then quickly grew kind of bored. Overall, they're a cool idea executed in a pretty average way.

Grandson LOVES it!
Lots of action and fun. The remote is the perfect size and configuration for smaller hands. Remote also works well and batteries last longer than many rc toys we've purchased before.
